Welcome to our beautiful house in West Valley city! This spacious house is in a wonderful neighborhood. From our house to the airport very close (14-15 minutes), super close to restaurants, freeway 201, Mountain view Corridor, grocery and shopping stores (2-5 minutes), to downtown Salt Lake, Salt Place Conventional Center (18-20 minutes). All the furniture in the house is new. Please leave it in as great a condition as you found it. The entire house is yours so you can enjoy a peaceful stay.

We are so happy that you are visiting our listing. We remodeled our basement to be rented out as a short and long term rental. Perfect for up to 4 guests. It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. This is a nice place. Easy to find and check into. Large kitchen and comfortable living room. Garage door had to be opened manually but it was easy to open, shut, and lock. Very cute backyard with pretty landscaping. The house is only one block away from a busy street but I didn't have any issues with light or noise.

They truly care for their clients. We love every details in the decors of the home. We love the arts and the amazing story the home portrays. Our little family had an amazing time! It’s the basement of the hosts home that you’re staying in. It is great and very very clean and comfortable. It was smaller than what I expected. There were toys and a yard for the kids to play in, but it didn’t match the pictures. There’s also two outdoor cute friendly cats. There’s a flight of stairs to get to the basement so it was hard for my dad (80yo) to get in and out. I’d stay here again if I was on a girls trip, and looking for a good price. The host are really nice.
