Wonderful place, great host!

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

The apartment was clean and modern. You had everything you needed... we recovered well... thank you for the nice apartment. The only thing was, we didn't have a Greek program (wanted to awaken memories, since I speak Greek), the contact person there wanted to take care of it but unfortunately it didn't happen. Wasn't that important. There were often problems opening the gate for the parking lot. You often have to try...

This place was fantastic. Porto Rafti is a great town. The pictures were completely accurate and we were very happy with the view, cleanliness, and overall condition of the apartment.

We chose FINIKAS Studios and Apartments for its proximity to the airport. The two bedroom penthouse apartment was spotless and had a lovely sea view. While the beach is not the most beautiful (the town could work on the cleanliness of the area) the water was clear and we enjoyed an afternoon swim before dinner. Anna made numerous recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed a great meal right on the beach, just a short walk from the apartment. The large balcony was perfect for cocktails in the evening. The hosts left an assortment of drinks and snacks for us which was a welcome surprise. We would definitely consider staying again and will recommend to family and friends.

This was a great place to stay and access Athens and surroundings. Peaceful and the description of the view is understated. It was great.

The house is beautiful, the scenery is beautiful… We had very nice and relaxed (late) summer days. Being three persons for the first days it was more than spacious, being five persons during the last two days it was still perfect (and always will be as long as two are kids). So close to the beach that I could go for a swim between two sentences. Maria takes care of everything and even left a huge fruits bowl, honey, coffee and some more nice things for a start…

Very good stay. The villa is very well located a few minutes walk from a very beautiful cove. The place is quiet. The view is superb. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Bedding and the bathroom are a little aging but still ok. Other than that, the place is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning is welcome. Nikos is attentive.

A perfect getaway in the beautiful island of Kea. The house and yard/terrace is perfect for couples or young family like us. We took our 4yo and 1yo kids who loved the large terrace area to play and the closeness to the beach. The house is equipped with everything and it was nice to have beach towels and some essentials already in the house like coffee, water, laundry detergent etc. There is a small taverna behind the house that has been closed over the past 2 years but when we were there it seemed like renovations were taking place so maybe next year it will be open! Otherwise you need to drive (windy roads) 20mins to the nearest restaurants. Sarah who met us in Pisses to take us to the house was lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and buy supplies. My advice would be to stock up after you get off the ferry at the bigger supermarkets and grear butcher near the port than the mini mart in Pisses.

Kiki was great. Very friendly, welcoming. Sunset is amazing, swimming with sea views is a great experience. Lots of beautiful little beaches nearby within a 5-minute drive or even walk! Including a small cove at the bottom of the house where you can swim early in the morning or in the evening before the aperitif! We loved this stay! We recommend the house.

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Dimitrios' home is beautiful, tastefully and simply furnished. The rooms are comfortable and spacious as well as the living room and outdoor spaces. The kitchenette is comfortable and has what you need. The view is magnificent and the two adjacent beaches, one of sand and the other of rocks can be reached in three minutes. We hope to be back...

We had an amazing stay at Eleni’s place in Artemida! The location was perfect—close to the beach and local shops, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and convenience. The house was clean, comfortable and with a few equipments (kettle and fridge). Eleni was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. She provided great tips for exploring the area and made sure we felt right at home. We truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a wonderful host, Eleni’s place is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

One of the best places we've ever been to. A stone's throw from the port and life of Marmari, in October it is very quiet but still warm, with a beach 5 minutes away on foot and another 20 minutes away. Great hosts, they found solutions for every issue. Thanks!

We only stayed one night to be ready for our early flight the next day, but the place is well equipped for longer stays. It has a nice sea view across the parking area and the neighbors were very friendly when I took up 2 parking places by mistake. Nikos was extremely helpful, responding to any requests within 1-2 minutes. Even off-season, there was a bakery and an open taverna a 3 minute walk away. We are grateful to Nikos for his kindness.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

From this beautiful studio you can look out at the sea, walk to the beach for swimming whenever you like. There is a perfect sea breeze to make the temperatures so comfortable. Costa and his ‘dream team’ were so welcoming and helpful. The sunsets are the best on the Island, I cannot recommend this lovely peaceful spot more.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.
