I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, an well equipped house for a large family stay. Everything is very thought through, clean, and well maintained. Oksana was an excellent host, proactively communicating, sharing helpful links, giving recommendations for taxi drivers, and even arranging cleaners per our request. Amazing customer service! One thing to note is that the owner lives downstairs in the house. It did not bother us, but it is something to keep in mind as you will not be technically renting the entire house.

We feel blessed to have stayed at this Airbnb. Annita and her family showed us true Greek hospitality in so many ways. It was very touching for us. The views from the pool deck were amazing! The pool was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing or just cooling off after the beach. Everything is so close! The best bakery and coffee shop, grocery store and pharmacy, wonderful restaurants, all within a few minutes of this fantastic home. We would not hesitate to stay with Annita again. Highly recommended!!!

I booked this place for my birthday weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The location was super easy to find and very convenient — close to everything we needed, which made the whole stay stress-free. The property itself is stunning: beautiful land, peaceful environment, and a lovely pool that really made it feel like a proper getaway. The house was spotless, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and everything was set up for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the BBQ area — the perfect touch for casual meals and birthday celebrations outdoors. It truly had everything you’d need for an easy-going weekend. On top of all that, it was great value for money — especially considering the space, amenities, and overall experience. And a big shoutout to Fwtini, our host — She was kind, helpful, proactive, responsive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The place was great. It is exactly as shown. It is 10 minutes from the airport, and Alkis provided me a ride to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Beautiful place.

Die Villa ist traumhaft! Die Lage genial. Die atemberaubende Aussicht, der Pool, das Grillhaus, der grosszügige Garten und der private Zugang zu einer wunderschönen Bucht machen das Angebot für mich persönlich perfekt! Antonis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, welcher immer ereichbar ist und auf alle Anliegen eingeht und diese schnellstmöglich löst. Danke Antonis für alles!

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

What a lovely villa south of Athens. Alexander and Helena have a truly special home. The views are beautiful and the setting extremely peaceful. You will need a rental car if you choose to stay here, but it is worth it if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Athens is not far, Sounion is about 30 minutes, and Lavrio about 15 minutes. There are many beaches nearby, and many markets to purchase food and other goods. As others noted, there is a short dirt road to access the villa. It is not a problem. If we ever return to the area, I would absolutely stay again.

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa de Kyriakos à Athènes en groupe de 9 personnes, et ce séjour a été tout simplement exceptionnel. La maison est magnifique, parfaitement équipée et idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Kyriakos a été un hôte exemplaire : à l’écoute, ultra réactif, et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Il nous a proposé des services additionnels de grande qualité — notamment une cheffe cuisinière et un service de chauffeur — que nous avons testés et que nous recommandons vivement. Mention spéciale à tout le personnel de maison, et en particulier à Nataliya, qui a été adorable, attentionnée et très disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux, et ne pouvons que recommander cette villa sans hésiter. Merci encore pour cette parenthèse inoubliable !

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This home was a dream for our family of seven! The property is absolutely fantastic—spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully outfitted with everything a family needs for a comfortable week-long stay. The location is excellent: in a quiet, safe neighborhood and just a short walk to the beach. Inside, the home features modern, top-quality furniture and tasteful artwork that give it a stylish, welcoming feel. The kitchen is top-notch and fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the pool was outstanding—a major highlight for all of us. We also loved the many indoor and outdoor areas to lounge, relax, and enjoy meals together. The BBQ setup was perfect for evening cookouts, and there was plenty of space for everyone to unwind. We truly loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful spot to enjoy along the Greek coast just 30 mins from Athens airport. Great communication, gorgeous views, and clean modern space to relax in between adventures. Highly recommended.

This is the absolute place to be, the house and its amenities are absolutely grandieux; the pool is enormous, the bar is fully equipped even with professional decks and lighting for night parties, the kitchen is amazing, there is different verandas that can be used throughout the day, a Villa with a capital V, and another V for VMF. Also the location is perfect few minutes from the beach and less than a minute drive to the local market and amenities where you can find literally all you need. Stefanos is so helpful and discreet he ll solve any issue and answer every single question. Cant wait to go back

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

John is an amazing host! Very kind and hospitable. John is communicative and responsive, John shared recommendations from bakeries, to markets, to beach clubs, and restaurants. House is in a peaceful, safe, and quiet local neighborhood in Agia Marina. House, amenities, backyard, and pool as described and even better in person. Master bedroom shower so unique! Good water pressure. Mini market 12 minute walk away for waters, beers, snacks. Full grocery store close by too. 15/20 minute taxi to good restaurants and beach clubs. There is a washer machine in the unit. AC works well and very comfortable to sleep at night.
