A good place to stay and a very good host. He was helpful from beginning till end . Karthick is very caring helped me with locations . I had short visit for kambala and i stayed at his place . He was very kind enough and arranged vehicle for me . He in fact dropped me early morning to station. Very kindlful. This place is nothing but another home. It has everything one needs especially if you're traveling with a kiddo. Outstanding thing has been about Nishith been really accomodating and is flexible with check-ins and check-outs. The home is at a uphill road but easily accessible. It has a kitchen with all the utensils and basic groceries one would need but if someone's not in a mood to cook, they would have to travel a km to a close by restaurant or grocery store. The house can easily accommodate 6-7 people and is right beside a coffee plantation. There's a dedicated car parking available inside the premises. The only sour point that I felt and it's easily fixable is there's only 1 water geyser for a bathroom. The other one runs on cold water. It will be a bit difficult when there's a full-house in a rainy or winter season.

The location is absolutely gorgeous directly on Malpe Beach. The cartaker Devraj is very helpful and responsive and also ensures that he does not intrude on your privacy. The place is maintained spic and span and it was a pleasure staying here. Definitely Value for money and highly recommended.

It was a great stay, all thanks to our friendly hosts. The place was beautifully placed , surrounded with greenery, still very much accessible from main road.

We had a great time at this place. Rohit sir (Host) was very very helpful and helped us with whatever we asked for. The house is surrounded by coconut trees which provides a great feel. Neighborhood is very safe and people are friendly. The house had great vibe and our entire family enjoyed the stay. I would certainly plan a visit again to this place.

I took my dad for a procedure at Manipal hospital. The location was perfect to commute with an auto. Ved, Puneet, and Karan were extremely helpful, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They arranged for a table for us to work and installed a TV as well at our request. There were other personal requests that we had and they were on their toes to help us. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone considering their stay in Manipal.

Comfortable stay & good place for a peaceful experience

I have booked this home for my family. No hussle in identifying this house. Situated in the bye pass road from Mangalore - Udupi. Just 7 kms away from krishna temple. Care taker is an excellent person and explained all the details. Host is also very attentive. All the amenities are available and shops are nearby only. Overall it was an wonderful stay and thanks for gestures sir.
