Monthly Rentals in Kauapea Beach

Huge, beautiful space; get lulled to sleep by stars and crickets and woken to a chorus of birdsong. The rainstorms were amazing (who needs tv?). The craftsmanship of this lodge is stunning. My only consideration was slightly ameliorated due to the remote-ish location - I'm a single female traveler and must be extremely aware of my personal safety, and I would have preferred to know ahead of time that the cottage doesn't have a lock to the door - the listing says contactless entry, though I looked again and didn't see this specifically noted on the listing (pls let me know if I missed). As a result of not being able to lock up, I had some trouble sleeping; being in the seclusion helped assuage my concern over any possible intruders (I come from a very urban setting and have a higher general need for security measures in my day to day so it was an adjustment). For some, such as those who travel in groups or who are accustomed to it, this can work, but for solos, something to consider.

This is a great place to stay on Kauai. Great location with the option to get a rental car from host. The Studio was spacious, clean and comfortable. Surrounded by a lot of nature and their beautiful farm, it felt very private but it was close to beautiful Kilauea with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Many beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. We can highly recommend this place!!!

This house was an amazing experience. The decor was a perfect tropical oasis. A very fun way to spend a vacation in Hawaii. I think my favorite part was all of the unique lamps in all of the rooms. The house had such a Tiki bar feel to it, and it felt cozy, just like being home. Plenty of space for the 5 of us who stayed there. Loved the backyard and the vocalizing geckos as I read my book on the lanai. I enjoyed staying in a location that was not overcrowded with tourists. And I had a wonderful surprise seeing tiny fish swim in the small ponds in the front yard. I would stay in this house again for future Hawaii visits. Love love love this house!

Truly an incredible place that the entire family loved. House and location exceeded expectations. The freshwater access + included kayaks & SUPs were a huge attraction and the local environment is just stunning. House AC worked great. With a fan running in the master BR, we were never bothered by roosters in the morning and could sleep as long as we wanted. Kitchen well appointed and organized. Wrap around patio and grill were the perfect end to every evening. Can't wait to return!
