Monthly Rentals in Kate Kearney's Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location cannot be beat. We were able to leave right out of the front door to walk the gap and enjoyed dinner at Kate Kearney’s cottage… the food was excellent. There are two cafes/coffee shops within walking distance as well. Maureen’s place was comfortable and spacious. Although there is only one bathroom, each room had its own sink which was great with four adults and two kids.

We had a great time at Dominic's place. We chose this lodge because of its geographical location and it was perfect for traveling around. Our arrival went very well, the directions were very clear and on our arrival Dominic had even lit a fire for us. He had kindly left us things to eat (cereals, milk, butter, bread etc.). The interior of the lodge is even better than in the photos, the two bathrooms are very practical and the bedrooms nicely redecorated. The bedding is excellent and we were able to rest well. The lodge is peaceful and located near a local pub that also serves as a restaurant. We were able to go there for dinner or listen to Irish music. Dominic gave us some great tips for sightseeing, was full of thoughtful touches and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I recommend going without hesitation.

Colm & Catherine’s guest house was wonderful! Lots of blankets, great amenities and they left us fresh food for the morning. Catherine kindly greeted us to wish us farewell before we departed on our last day. They have the sweetest doggies who also came to say goodbye. We would definitely recommend staying with them! Thank you!

Our favorite place we stayed in Ireland. We would definitely stay here again very responsive host. Treats and breakfast items, including milk and cereal, and eggs, were much appreciated. We use the woodstove all week, which was great. There’s a beautiful pasture out back. Both the outside and the inside of the cottage look great and we’re very clean. Unlike many Airbnb‘s the furniture was comfortable, and not too low to the ground. There were lots of nice touches like a reflective vest available for roadside walks. We appreciated having two bathrooms and the bedrooms were split a nice distance apart for me and my partner and my teenage son . Wi-Fi was strong; Elaine provided a charger for devices; clean sponges for the kitchen were appreciated as well all the amenities such as toiletries and dish soap.
