Die Karlsaue, Innenstadt und das Museumsviertel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist 45qm groß, sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit einer eigenen Terrasse und eine private Sauna. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus auf der öffentlichen Straße genügend vorhanden und kostenlos. Im Garten können Fahrräder sicher und überdacht abgestellt werden.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in Deutschland, in der Nähe von Kassel und ist umgeben von Natur. Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.

In der Teeküche steht eine Auswahl an Tees und Kaffee bereit.

Von hier aus kann die Stadt problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkundet werden, aber auch Parkplätze sind zur genüge vorhanden. Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.

Während wir auf Reisen sind, könnt ihr euch in unserer schönen Wohnung wie zu Hause fühlen. Ein offener Wohn- und Eßbereich lädt zum geselligen Beisammensitzen ein und der Aue Park, viele Museen, sowie die Innenstadt sind nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, ist aber sehr ruhig, da es eine Anliegerstraße ist.
