the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

The staff helped with any issues. The cottage is large and full of nooks and crannies. There are plenty of spaces for your own things. The views from the windows and balconies are great, right on the mountains and Wang Temple. The price also includes A SPA, so after an active day, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Eva was very helpful, available, always eager to do everything right, good communication, although half in German, half English, and with Czech cell phone translation help; I was here with my total of 6 people and friends, and we all liked it, the main attraction is the ski resort, which we were able to use very well, as well as we did many hikes. The accommodation is simple, but everything you need and also clean; it is quite great that every room has its own bathroom, we were delighted and are already thinking about coming back, maybe coming back in 2 years, always recommended

I had a very cozy stay at Marek's cottage with my brother and cousin. The photos are accurate and the fire warms the night. The frozen lake right by kept us entertained when we weren't snowboarding in the mountains just a half-an-hour away. Overall, a great time! Definitely recommended.

Conditions as described, very clean, full equipment of the apartment inclusively with satellite TV included. Free and secure parking and a great inn. Owners are very helpful and kind, with a sense of humor, take care of our clients at a high level. Thoughtful food in the inn, I recommend. I recommend beer flavors to try something new from a tall polish. We will definitely be back. I recommend everyone to stay in Karpacz, especially in this apartment.

A cozy cottage in a quiet and serene neighborhood. In the evening, you can relax in the mine - I recommend it.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped and has a good location. The slopes are very close and within walking distance. We also loved the underfloor heating, which was very pleasant for our two toddlers. We used the big terrace a lot. The kids played on it in the snow and we enjoyed the sun. Pavel is a great host. He was easily accessible and always responded quickly. He had lots of tips for the area. Especially hikers and nature lovers will have a lot of fun. It is a nice little cottage with everything you need. However, if you want to sleep two upstairs, you should not be taller than 180cm. I'm 185cm and I had to limit myself a little. Separate sleeping downstairs is not a problem.

We adored our stay here, the yard is massive and so beautiful and peaceful, full of fruit trees for shade and shrubs all around for privacy. We basically lived on the porch, with the large doors open, and just enjoyed the quiet and nature. The yard is fully fenced, perfectly secure for a large dog, it's a really great place to take a quiet holiday with your dogs and just enjoy being in nature.

Lovely and open Hosts! You can feel at home right away. The room is clean and very atmospheric. The recreational area is equally atmospheric, you can spend super evenings by the fireplace. Very good location for hiking in the mountains and on the slope. Big plus for a separate entrance as well as a parking spot in the backyard. Thank you so much to the Hosts for a wonderful New Year's Eve and our time together! Highly recommend to everyone and greetings! We'll be back!

A great place to stay - both shorter and longer. The apartment has everything you need - a fridge, stove, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. Very clean, the apartment itself and the whole house in a very cozy atmosphere. Quiet neighborhood. Dorota and Mr. Jan are great hosts-are proactive from the start of the stay-or even before arrival, providing clear check-in and directions instructions. At the same time, they care about the discretion and privacy of guests. The charm of this place is enhanced by alpacas, goats, and two friendly dogs. I recommend visiting this place with all my heart ❤️
