Great base to visit family and see sites in the area. Quiet neighborhood and easy to walk to town center and waterfront. Good view of the bay and islands from the top floor. Very clean.

Cosy house with a central location in beautiful Skudesnes. Nice outdoor area and plenty of space inside. The house has everything MSN needs. Would recommend.😊

This was a really nice stay. We were six adults who enjoyed the place. Warm, well-kept and cozy home. Well equipped. The beds and duvets were lovely. Three nice terraces that took into account the sun and wind. Utsira offered sun! Great to sit outside and be able to look at the nature/sea. Short distance to Joker and the super restaurant Dahmsgård. The host responded quickly when we needed some guidance and family members were helpful. Would highly recommend this. Just missing one thing. It would have helped if the address was mentioned and not just the coordinates. We got help from permanent residents to find the house. Our friends found it right away when they had the address :) Thank you so much🥰

An AMAZING place with an AMAZING host! Nothing was a problem and everyone wants to meet! The feeling of being welcome was like we were “old acquaintances”! And the little extras in the form of a platter of muffins and biscuits, flowers inside and outside, pillows in the garden furniture, even rearranged for an extra sleeping space, and 7 made beds.... Simply gorgeous! Nothing could be better. Hope we have behaved so nicely that we will have the opportunity another time as well.

I stayed at Kjellaug’s place with two of my work colleagues for over one month as we were working nearby. It turned out to be the perfect location with everything we needed both in the house itself and in the surrounding area, which had plenty of amenities. For instance, there is a supermarket only two minutes walk from Kjellaug’s and a good bus service into Haugesund and to surrounding areas. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kjellaug herself was very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Kjellaug’s place if you are planning on staying in the Haugesund area.

I stayed in the apartment for a month. Violation went well and communication with Anne Berit and her husband was easy and pleasant. The apartment is of a good standard, and contains what you need. On the windy Haugalandet it is excellent with a patio that is protected by walls and hedges in all directions so one, despite a lot of wind, can sit outside and enjoy the nice weather without freezing. 10/10! Would love to come back if applicable later!

Marianne’s place is lovely and cozy, I felt right at home. It was an easy walk to the city center with lots of restaurants, and a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. She was also a helpful and responsive host

The view is really fantastically beautiful! You'd love to spend the whole day on the Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view! The small cottage is very private and quiet. You have a lot of options to sit in the garden or on the balcony. The way from the parking lot to the cabin is a challenge: very steep, a gravel road and especially with luggage a challenge! Ørjan pointed out the strenuous path twice and the warning is definitely necessary. From the parking lot, the small gravel path is a bit hard to see, but definitely not impossible. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. Very modern! In the kitchen you will find everything: from small gifts to all cooking utensils. The small oven offers the possibility to generate a nice warmth in the evening. But otherwise it's nice and warm in the cabin. You quickly get used to using the incinerator toilet. Ørjan is very responsive to messages and is very nice and helpful

Jannet’s place was awesome. We were in town from the USA for the wedding of a past exchange student. The town is quaint, people were friendly and grocery store within walking distance . The apartment had everything we needed to get ready for the festivities. Jannet was very communicative.

Fantastic place to stay. Lots of easy to access hiking area around. Close enough to the city but far enough to have a feeling of real nature. The apartment itself is very clean and welcoming. Very comfy and cozy.

This place was truly an amazing place! A quiet and peaceful place, with beautiful nature everywhere. The cabin, or more easily said the house contained everything that we needed plus more. Plenty of activities for both adults and children, and the host has made sure that everything is in order all the way. We would love to come back!!!
