The house is located just above the highway, which ends in the unique summer town of Skudeneshavn. There is a bike path along the entire road. Below the road you will find the lovely Sandve beach. Much used by surfers and families. At the house there is a large sheltered outdoor terrace and plenty of space for parking.

A serene outdoor space is highlighted by a fire pit, reflecting the warm colors of the setting sun over the water. Soft grass and stone flooring are visible, creating a peaceful environment for relaxation or gatherings.
