Waterfront vacation rentals in Karmøy

My five year old son and I really enjoyed staying in Edvard’s lovely home. The apartment was warm, very clean and tidy, and had everything you might need during your stay. The neighbours were quiet and the location was not noisy at all, which helped us both sleep very well. The town centre and shops are very nearby too. Edvard was very prompt in replying to messages and was an excellent host ☺️ Would definitely stay here during our future trips to Haugesund.

I stayed in the apartment for a month. Violation went well and communication with Anne Berit and her husband was easy and pleasant. The apartment is of a good standard, and contains what you need. On the windy Haugalandet it is excellent with a patio that is protected by walls and hedges in all directions so one, despite a lot of wind, can sit outside and enjoy the nice weather without freezing. 10/10! Would love to come back if applicable later!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Elisabeth is by far the best AirBnB host we have come across. She took great care of us. We immediately felt at home at her place. It is very cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We did not miss anything during our 2 week stay. The location is superb. Beautiful view of the water from the living room. Super close to the center and free parking right by the cottage.

I used Airbnb for the first time on this visit to Haugesund, because of the scarcity of hotel rooms. Bjornar’s place was perfect for me as it is very close to the Aibel shipyard that I was visiting; also only a 15 minute walk across the bridge to the restaurants of central Haugesund. The loft accommodation was very clean and appeared to be newly converted/decorated. Nice views across the water to the town. The host ensured that the loft was warm on my arrival which I much appreciated. Check in was easy via a lock box and the instructions were clear. Bjornar is helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation to recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Haugesund and would be happy to stay there again.

Great place and very homey home! Very nice reception with regards from the landlord. Cozy welcoming home, with ample patio, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Only 2 minutes walk from Norway's most beautiful beach. Short drive to Skudneshavn which is really an idyllic village, with several daring and old traditional buildings. Simply magical. Here you will find the tranquility right away, and a wake-up call that really makes you feel welcome! We'll be back for sure! Highly recommended! 😊

This was an incredibly cozy and good place to be. Good and warm, cozy living room, practical kitchen, good beds, well equipped.

Amazing home with an incredible location on the water. The yard, deck and interior were perfect! We were very comfortable staying there with our 5 adult children with lots of room to spread out, eat family meals and play games. Joachim was an amazing host with quick reply and thorough communication. Hiking trails and the coast right out your front door. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in and leave, the lighthouse across the water, boats, walkers, and the SHEEP were one of our favorite things to watch each day!

An AMAZING place with an AMAZING host! Nothing was a problem and everyone wants to meet! The feeling of being welcome was like we were “old acquaintances”! And the little extras in the form of a platter of muffins and biscuits, flowers inside and outside, pillows in the garden furniture, even rearranged for an extra sleeping space, and 7 made beds.... Simply gorgeous! Nothing could be better. Hope we have behaved so nicely that we will have the opportunity another time as well.

The house is really cozy and had everything we needed. Location is great to explore Karmøy. It was very easy to communicate with Anita.

A fantastic place to stay! Nice, clean and cozy. A warm atmosphere. Cozy and quick communication with host. Good service. Extra plus for getting extra service (a hot shower after running the marathon despite far after check out time) without asking about it. Appreciate it greatly.

Very nice, large apartment in great surroundings. We felt very comfortable right away. Very friendly and helpful host. Very nice sandy beach nearby. We loved it, and we would have liked to have liked to have stayed longer.

We booked Simen's apartment for one of our temps and she was very happy with her stay. We experienced the communication as friendly, easy and quick, and flexibility was something we really appreciated! If the opportunity presents itself, we are happy to book here again!
