Monthly Rentals in Kargıcak Beach

I really liked the apartment, good location, shops are close, staff are nice, clean and cozy. The only disadvantages are the proximity to the road and the sound of cars at night, but it doesn't really bother you. My wife and I were happy.

Large, spacious apartment, good location, sociable hostess. The apartment needs better cleaning! There are dishes and utensils 🍽️, but one more pan was missing (there was only one large one). There was no shelf in the shower and no toilet paper holder (I bought and installed it myself for our comfort), and the clothes dryer needs to be replaced (there was☝️only one string 🤦 and I fixed it here too))

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has a beautiful view that makes every moment enjoyable. It’s well-suited for a stay even in winter, as there is air conditioning in every room, which also works perfectly for heating. The location is excellent—a great base for exploring, with a main road nearby that runs along the entire Turkish Riviera. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a stunning view. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

This two-floors apartment is very high-quality, with two terraces (one on each floor) and a with nice view. It is very well-equipped, has new furniture, and is spotlessly clean. There is free parking right next to the house. We spent a long weekend in this modern house and felt right at home. Murat is always available and answered all of our questions very quickly.
