Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

It was a pleasant, peaceful holiday that met all my expectations. It's a great place to relax. Especially if you want to enjoy both nature and the pool with your pet, this is the place. It's exactly as the pictures. You can plan a spontaneous holiday here without thinking. Mr. Kadir is also interested in everything and solution-oriented. Thank you for everything.

Stayed in the apartment for a month. It was nice that there are all the necessary utensils for cooking for a large family. The apartment is very bright, spacious. We stayed in the winter, but it was not cold in the apartment more than that in each room there is an air conditioner for heating and cooling. Well, the main feature of the apartment is an amazing view from the window, you can admire the sea all day and in the evening insanely beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a very small problem with me during check-in, but the effort and request of the team working to resolve this was great. We quickly resolved the issue. Great for those who want to come to Alanya and have a short and outdoor vacation! The price is great for performance

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

Really beautiful apartment, nice located, close to the beach and restaurants without noise from the city. Beautiful views from balcony and all windows. 5th floor without elevator so if you have problem walking maybee this is not the best place for you. Anna- the assiatance for Tatiana is really sweet and helpfull, always responding and really carrying about you and your holiday. I will definitely come back to this place.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. This is an apartment that matches the photos. The apartment is very close to the beach. (6-8 minute walk). Downhill to the beach, back uphill This is the best corner of Cleopatra beach. This was very important to us. Very nice surroundings. Occasionally for cooking. Everything was just fine. We were 6 adults. Value was right.

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

It was immediately clear that he genuinely cared. When I arrived, the place was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos. Thoughtful touches were everywhere: drinks in the kitchen, a personalized welcome, and great local recommendations tailored to my interests. What really stood out was how attentive Serhat was without ever being intrusive. He checked in just the right amount to make sure I had everything I needed, and when I had a small question, his response was immediate and helpful. Serhat is the kind of host who makes you feel like a guest in a friend’s home. I left feeling grateful and and I’ll absolutely be booking again. The room and building were clean, all the equipment mentioned in the kitchen was available, my only criticism would be the interruptions related to the hot water, and they intervened when I called the reception. Overall, it was a nice experience, thank you..

The place is really chic and super modern. Comfortable sofas, great bed. The loggia is well suited for drying wet bathing suits. It gets quite warm and a bit stuffy there pretty quickly, best to close the loggia, which heats up pretty quickly. But you can use the electric blinds and the air conditioning for this, there are several that can be variably adjusted. The kitchen equipment is fine. The location is really great, in five minutes you are at the beautiful Kleopatra beach, buses and taxis are easily accessible, also shopping not far away. It is currently being built in the immediate vicinity, but we did not find it too loud. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in a new building just steps from the sea - the location is perfect! It’s right next to a large Migros supermarket and a great fruit and vegetable shop. The bus station is also within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mr. Ali Riza personally welcomed us, was always available, and answered all our questions. There was a large table but no chairs at first. And upon our request, he kindly brought us a great computer chair. We truly appreciated his help! Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this place!

Wow, what a view. The balcony makes this apartment. great living area with lots of room and all the amenities that you need. there is a building site next door but this didnt bother us as worked started after 9am.

Very nice and modern apartment apartment. Easy and quick communication. Slightly misleading photos of "gym" and no water in the pool due to early season, but all in all very satisfied! Thanks for the stay :)

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!
