Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kargıcak Beach

Absolutely fabulous, we had the best stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is just perfect within walking distance to shops , restaurants and most importantly the beach. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, plus the amenities met all our expectations, especially the pool which allowed us options of swimming locally and then heading to the sea. We often cooked in the apartment and sourced our food from the local markets and shops plus an added benefit was the use of the barbecue area at the pool side. The building caretaker was very helpful and a good source of information. Having read other people's reviews and comments about the high price of electricity, we totally disagree, we found the price very reasonable for the time spent in the apartment. A big thank you to Kerim and Aziz for their hospitality, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Kerim is an extremely responsive host, proactively checking in multiple times during our stay. The place was great: clean, conveniently located, very safe, right in the middle of the restaurant and shopping district.

Jarles' villa was amazing, like straight out of a movie! It has one of the most beautiful views over Alanya and the sea. Everything was perfect. Probably one of the most nicest placest I've been to.

Very nice apartment in a nice complex 😎

Very nice and beautiful place, clean air, mountains, there are gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a lot of flowers, everything is kept in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with excellent views of the city, sea and mountains. Very cozy apartment setting, like home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a good restaurant on the 16th floor, very tasty and at reasonable prices, a mini store with everything you need. Of course, with a car it would be much more convenient, but in season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!

We were a family of 6 there and everyone loved it! The apartment corresponded to everything in the description! Also the contact was great . If what was, azis came right away , I think he's like a caretaker! The car rental also worked out super mega friendly, the organized Karim for us . Murat the car rental also mega kind and accommodating. So if you want to rent something, I recommend asking Karim about murat . The excursions were great . We stayed at Dimcayi which is a must for everyone! To go to another city or area, the 1 bus is very good, which runs about 30 minutes per person 1€ directly to Alanya. We would come back anytime, felt very comfortable. Especially the little ones in the pool, which was always just great until 10 pm. The only thing that is not so nice, that is the beach as it is only stone beach there I recommend waterproof shoes ! the market ( Mondays ) directly 5 min from the apartment is good and cheaper than the others !

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. This is an apartment that matches the photos. The apartment is very close to the beach. (6-8 minute walk). Downhill to the beach, back uphill This is the best corner of Cleopatra beach. This was very important to us. Very nice surroundings. Occasionally for cooking. Everything was just fine. We were 6 adults. Value was right.

Lovely stay in a very beautiful location with lots of wildlife and nature for the children to explore. All the staff and residents were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was exactly as described and Burcu was very responsive with any messages during the stay. Only downside was it was difficult to get taxis from the site. The security were very helpful and gave us lifts when needed, Not a complaint but just so people are aware. Many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home

This was one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever stayed in. In it you will find everything you need as if you were in your own home and more. The hosts are always ready to help and answer questions. All recommendations for this accommodation. I would always come back again if I come to Alanya❤️

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, making it a comfortable experience throughout. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the local market. Overall, a great spot for both relaxation and easy access to everything you need. Highly recommended!
