The property features a 500 m² private garden with an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool, exclusively available to you and your travel companions. The villa extends over three fully accessible floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe area, and a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms: the Blue Room with its own en-suite bathroom, the Gold Room, the Rose Room, and an additional bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the Silver Room with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large rooftop terrace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space. A TV is available in every bedroom except the Rose Room. The living and dining area as well as the kitchen are also air-conditioned. For year-round comfort, the entire villa is equipped with central heating. All 4 bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers, a toilet, and a washbasin. For added convenience during longer stays, the villa also offers two washing machines and a dryer. Our place is 5 km from the center of Manavgat and 12 km from the ancient city of Side. It is 15 minutes to the sea by car. There is a private pool in the garden of our detached house under pine trees, away from the crowds and noise of the city. The pool is only available for our guests' use. Our house has its own private garden. There are lemon and olive trees in our garden. You can enjoy the barbecue and pool in our garden surrounded by greenery. If you wish, you can watch TV series/movies on the smart TV in our living room.

South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.
