Sehr schönes Apartment,alles da was man zum Kochen braucht.Sehr guter Fitnessraum mit hochwertigen Geräten.Apartment liegt zwar etwas außerhalb,aber ein Spaziergang in die Stadt bei dem schönen Wetter sehr erholsam.2 kleine Märkte direkt um die Ecke,wo man fast alles bekommt zum täglichen Bedarf.

The apartment was amazing, very modern, clean and tidy. Had everything in it I needed. The pool outside is ideal for chilling and relaxing. The beach was only a 10 min walk. Rhnha was a great host, always available to I chat too and very attentive. I will definitely be using again in the future.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, making it a comfortable experience throughout. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the local market. Overall, a great spot for both relaxation and easy access to everything you need. Highly recommended!

Wir sind mit 2 Std Verspätung erst spät Abends angekommen. Ruhi hat auf uns gewartet, führte uns in eine 24/7 überwachte Anlage, hat die Koffer entgegen genommen und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt. Egal was wir für Fragen hatten, es kam stets schnell eine Antwort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber - frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alles Top! Das einzige was uns aufgefallen ist, dass das Geschirr aufgrund der fehlenden Spülmaschine von Gast zu Gast unterschiedlich hinterlassen wird. Ansonsten wars ein Mega Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

We stayed at Ekaterina for three weeks. Very nice people, gave us a lot of useful information. Always in touch. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, there is everything you need for cooking. It was important for us. There were even baby's toys. We loved our trip to Alanya. We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Rigtig fin bolig. Alt var som det skulle være. Rent og pænt. Ümit var nem at kommunikere med. Vi ankom sent og rejste igen midt om natten. Men ind og ud tjekning forløb uden problemer. Lejligheden ligger i et område med mange restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand fra stranden og midtbyen. Poolen var en smule kold. Og hvis man gerne ville sidde på terrassen var der meget trafik støj. Men vi havde en dejlig ferie og vil helt sikker anbefale at leje hos Ümit. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Жилье находится в хорошем районе с красивым видом на Мечеть и горы. Район тихий.Все достопримечательности рядом.К пляжу Клеопатра 10 минут. Квартира уютная, со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, все как на фото.

Kerim’s hjem er super ren og rigtig flot. Der var desuden god plads til os alle en stor familie med 3 store børn. Svømmepool lige udenfor, det samme med stranden ☀️ på bagsiden findes der alle de butikker og restauranter så der er lidt godt til alle. Kerim er nem at kontakte. Jeg kan kun anbefale stedet og har lyst til at komme igen. Som beskrivelsen og billederne.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. Located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back again!

An excellent option for Alanya - we stayed only one night and off-season, but the place was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy and flexible timewise and the pool looked inviting. Street parking was free and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Equipping the kitchen a bit more would be welcome, but it was not a problem. Can recommend!

Serhat is the best host – he did everything possible to make us feel truly welcome. He arranged a transfer for us, and it was such a lovely surprise to receive fresh pastries in the morning. He was always available and incredibly kind. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and just as described, with the sea nearby. There are delicious local restaurants around.
