Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kargıcak Beach

Since I previously lived in Avsallar, I wanted to rent a multi-room house there to spend a holiday with my family. We decided to rent Ms. Zeynep's villa. Ms. Zeynep's house is really beautiful, it's big, has lots of rooms and has a beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone, with or without children. My kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The pool is not very large, but since not many people were there, we swam alone most of the time. The pool is very well maintained and clean. My children enjoyed the pool very much. A quiet and clean resort. The sea and the beach are very clean, I think it is the most beautiful sea and the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Since the sea was not very deep, the children swam without fear and had great fun. We were very pleased. We felt right at home. We thank Ms. Zeynep again for everything.

As in the photos of the house, it is a house with a great view among the bananas and avocado gardens. Sandy beach, restaurant and grocery store available a 5-15 minute drive. Ideal for an isolated, calm and peaceful holiday in nature. We went with our dog. It was very nice to have a safe walk around the house.

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Thank you very much for your hospitality and hospitality , everything was fine: the apartment corresponds to the description, has everything you need, located in a quiet quiet area, there is a store nearby with everything you need, a 5-minute walk to the beach.

This place was very nice and clean, very new and has great amenities. Pool and beach are right at the location. Stores and restaurants are also in walkable distance. Everything worked out great with Othman 👍🏼 definitely recommend staying here :)

The apartment is great, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the pool and access to the river are a great plus. Hasan was a great host, he responded to our inquiries and requests at all times. The big but of this place is the location, if you go without a car it is VERY difficult to get anywhere. Public transportation is a myth, most of the time we had to finger to exit to a better communicated area where we could take a bus or taxi. Also, close to the depto there is only one place to shop a mini market that doesn't have too much deal so anything is necessary to get out of the area and that's tricky.
