The apartment was amazing, very modern, clean and tidy. Had everything in it I needed. The pool outside is ideal for chilling and relaxing. The beach was only a 10 min walk. Rhnha was a great host, always available to I chat too and very attentive. I will definitely be using again in the future.

We rented the apartment for a week but unfortunately had to leave early. The owner of the apartment Lyudmila was understanding and agreed to a refund without any problems ( which is quite rare in this area) The apartment is not large but quite cozy. Clean, sufficient bedding and dishes. At our request, they provided a crib and even a high chair as a bonus (it was very useful for the 1.6l baby). Convenient location, proximity to the beach and all kinds of shops, markets. I would like to highlight the hostess of the apartment Lyudmila! A very pleasant and friendly woman. I saw it for myself. Because I forgot my gold chain with a pendant in the apartment and went home. Lyudmila found it and agreed to return it, even offering her help in sending the jewelry! I appreciate you a lot! It's not often you meet people like that. So I can say with confidence that we will definitely come back again !

The location of the apartment is in the Oba area, which is the most decent, most beautiful part of Alanya. Although very central, you will find the tranquility to read your book comfortably on its spacious beaches. There is a taxi rank, restaurants across from the house. There are bars, numerous shops and grocery stores where you can shop. In the evenings, you can sit on your balcony with pleasure, watch the passing and relieve the tiredness of the day by having a very pleasant time. It is impossible to see a single quality item and material in the house. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, making it a comfortable experience throughout. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the local market. Overall, a great spot for both relaxation and easy access to everything you need. I felt like I was home. It was a very comfortable house. There were all kitchen utensils, and we cooked. Everything needed was considered, it was in the house. The comfort of the furniture, the spaciousness of the house, the fact that the complex is equipped, a house in nature overlooking the quiet peaceful trees where we wake up with the sound of birds in the morning. I would like to thank him for being a very interested and good host. He was also very helpful in places to visit with his suggestions. We're already thinking about coming back.

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in household appliances, such as a dishwasher, are a pleasant addition to your stay. The most beautiful view from the window, everything you need is within walking distance. I would also like to note how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.

An excellent option for Alanya - we stayed only one night and off-season, but the place was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy and flexible timewise and the pool looked inviting. Street parking was free and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Equipping the kitchen a bit more would be welcome, but it was not a problem. Can recommend!

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

Erhan and his team Gül and Ayshe were really nice from the first to the last day. Very helpful. We stayed in the apartment for a month and we are super happy. The apartment is well equipped, clean , newly built. The Silence garden fills up its name. For children the family is the great choice to stay in the Silence garden, where there is a cafe as well. On our first day we were surprised, the owner left pasta, oil, salt, pepper water for us, then we didn't have to go shopping right away. I was surprised on the last day with a cake because I fill up all the time :) don't know what else can I tell you. Everything was at the top level. I'm sure to come back.
