We live downstairs, your upstairs independent apartment is accessed through the garden, through the separate door. On the 15 M2 terrace, you can taste peace in the island, the sea, the greenery, and watch the sunrise. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in the spacious 30m2 lounge. 15 M2 bedrooms with olive grove views. The sea is 200m away, you can go on foot and sit in the shade with your chair. This unforgettable place offers a holiday opportunity that is far from ordinary. Our tiny house/bungalow rooms, which have a 18 m2 indoor area and 2 single beds (we have the opportunity to combine them if desired), are within a 15-minute walking distance to the most popular bays of Karaburun, and a few minutes away from the market, bus stop and the most crowded location of the neighborhood, the pier. Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coastline,beach clubs such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca (places such as coastal beach, mali beach, Battery beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık horse bread baked in the stone oven of the village and the Armola Cheese, and you can visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house, which were later included in our house.

The house is located in Kösedere, an old village of Yörük before Karaburun. Kösedere is a hidden village located on a hillside 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies like pancake and pastries in cafes in this lovely square in this village where series shoots take place. Their people are extremely friendly and helpful. Boiling down the village resembles a small Wool harbour with its sea like glass.
