It is in a very nice location, very close to all bus stops, especially if you don't have a car. We came without a car and you can reach the buses to Çeşme-Alaçatı within a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to Urla Art Street by dolmus and bus. The house is also a house that is quite enough for the resort. The view and silence of the balcony is especially pleasant. The host is also very easy to reach, very understanding and helpful:)

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. very nice and welcoming people, the room was in a quiet location with just below a very beautiful beach. The room was clean and the kitchen had all the necessities. This was one of our best Airbnb stay.. The flat is very fancy and very well located with an excellent sea view and equipped with anything you may need. Evengelos is also great host and was very helpful in every aspect. We would not think to stay anywhere else during our future visits to Chios.

Niko's place is gorgeous. 15 minutes from the port, beautiful road. She greeted us when we went and helped us with the luggage. You can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the room. The house was very clean and the sheets smelled good. It was newly renovated, everything was very useful. Niko had left spare towels and sheets for us. We felt like home. Twenty steps to the sea by walking and the balcony view is amazing. The biggest plus is having private parking. It was helpful with my car rental. I wish I could give this place endless stars.
