We live downstairs, your upstairs independent apartment is accessed through the garden, through the separate door. On the 15 m2 terrace, you can enjoy the peace of the island, the sea, the greenery and watch the sunrise. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in the spacious 30 m2 living room. 15 m2 bedroom with olive grove view. The sea is 200 m away, you can walk and sit in the shade with your chair. Karaburun center, markets 2&3km away. Your parking lot is private.

Stone house on Urla art street

Our small stone house, consisting of two rooms, a kitchen , a bathroom and a toilet, there is a double bed in the other 1.20 width. All ingredients , including moka pot, where you will make your tea and coffee in the kitchen, we offer a variety of chado herbal tea, black tea, filter coffee , Turkish coffee and water. There are disposable slippers, towel shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Wishing you a pleasant time in the courtyard of our house, which is 100 m from the art street ✨
