Dabei entstanden zwei Maisonettwohnungen mit viel Privatsphäre und Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Erdgeschoss besticht mit seiner charakteristischen, sichtbaren Holzdecke (2 Meter bis 2,2 Meter) und hellen, freundlichen Räumen. Das Obergeschoss wurde "luftig" bis zum Dachfirst geöffnet.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.
