This was a great option for our family of 5! Very close to Sannomiya station so getting to and from our daily destination was perfect. There’s a 7-11 conbini right across the street which we visited often for breakfast and snacks. There’s also a small grocery store around the corner with great selection of bento lunches. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can try out the public bath nearby as well. The combo washer/dryer was wonderful because we didn’t want to pack too many clothes. The water pressure in the shower/bath was phenomenal! Overall very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is older with some shuttered businesses around but it’s very safe and quiet.

今回初めての民泊で宿泊前は色々と不安がありましたが、こちらの家にして大満足しています。ホストの方とのコミュニケーションは親切丁寧でわかりやすく、滞在中のサポートもとてもありがたかったです。建物は古かったですが、部屋の中は清潔で整頓されており、過ごす分の設備は十分でした。子供に配慮された部分もあり、広さも十分だったので家族連れにもおすすめです。また民泊を利用したいなと思わせてくれるホスピタリティでした。

We had a lovely stay with Kazuhiko-san. the place was very clean and comfortable, and the sensor lighting placed at every spot was very thoughtful. He picked us up and dropped us off when we asked, which we are very grateful for. One thing to note is that the toilets may be outdoors or shared, depending on your room. The home is lovely and spacious, and we enjoyed spreading out after all of the cramped hotel rooms in Tokyo. Taxis had a difficult time finding the site, but it is very close to a train station, as another plus. If you are coming to Osaka for the World Expo or Universal Studios, be aware that your travel visa public transportation is approximately 1.5 hours each way to these sites. Bruce is very responsive and a wonderful host, and we felt welcomed during our enjoyable stay. As a family group, the house was perfect for our needs.

We stayed at this property for a week and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was ideal, tucked away just enough from the busy centre to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still conveniently close to public transport for easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The property itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We were genuinely impressed with the thoughtful amenities provided. Our host had thought of absolutely everything. Most importantly, the host was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Warm, responsive, and genuinely caring, he made the whole experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. It's clear he takes great pride in providing a high-quality stay, and it really shows. Highly recommend this property. We’d love to return again one day!
