Unser Apartment, gelegen in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Wohnlage ist anspruchsvoll designt und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, Komfort und Privatsphäre. Mit einer ausgewogenen Mischung aus natürlichen Materialien und ausgesuchten Vintage-Stücken verbinden wir Schlichtheit mit einer warmen Ästhetik. Hier fällt es leicht, Energie zu tanken und den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Zuhause, in dem man sich so richtig wohl fühlt.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Welcome to Possendorf. The property is located on a side street, which branches off from the B170 federal highway. The rooms are located in the converted basement of the detached house. In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

The apartment is in the countryside about five kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. A public playground for children is available directly behind the house. Use of the garden directly behind the house is also possible. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.
