The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable on about 60 square meters. Sustainable and natural materials were used and, for example, the field stone construction method has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house gives a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.
