Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kalmar County

We would definitely visit this place again. This is our fifth time booking one of Andreas’ places, and it's always perfectly lovely.

We are a small family and spent 8 wonderful days in this house. It was the best Airbnb we've ever experienced. Everything was very clean and maintained. The house is sensibly equipped, especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired. It is furnished with a lot of passion, everything looks fresh, thoughtful and very comfortable. The grill provided a campfire atmosphere, and the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing. The location close to Vimmerby was ideal because of our visits to Astrid Lindgren Park and also the area offers many leisure activities. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning, we didn't miss anything. The hosts were very friendly and always quick to reach. We had a really nice vacation – thank you for everything!

We had a lovely week at Öland. Great house with beautiful views and all the amenities. Good and quick response from the host couple to all our questions, big and small. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable at Fia's farm. The accommodation is really very nice and we (family with 2 kids 9 and 11) had more than enough space. Everything was as described and Fia's house is ideal to spend a few relaxing days on Öland. Actually, we were far too short, we liked it so much. We had 2 wonderful weeks in Fredrik's house. Fredrik greeted us very warmly and showed us the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the house of the lake is simply stunning. We sat on the terrace every day and could can't get enough of this fantastic view My husband is a passionate angler and Fredrik has given him some Places where he can fish well. He was also very successful at fishing. If you're looking for peace and seclusion, this is the place to be. On the last day, we were taken by Fredriks brother Tomas his dog Charlie very nicely. We plan to spend our vacation there again next year spend.

We spent a few nights here and it was the perfect oasis away from city life. The aesthetics felt like walking into a well curated design magazine but with the comfort and coziness of a peaceful escape. Christin’s place had all the amenities we needed and had a great amount of local recommendations, and she was super responsive when we had questions. Would stay again!

Our stay at Krille and Kia's was simply super ! We felt very relaxed in the beautiful rural environment. We will certainly remember this address for a possible next visit in the area. Greetings Marjan and Lieven

All-round pragmatically nice and simply furnished. Our sick son loved to stay at home. On evenings where the festival ended early, it is very quiet. Only once, some noisy pedestrians came through the night. Sensational: Once around the corner to the harbor - it can be explored from there by standup paddle and the old town island on foot - including other swimming beaches. Tack så mycket !

A perfect spot to enjoy Kalmar. The little yard makes everything even better.

The apartment is well maintained with plenty of space. It is in a quiet location and is perfect for excursions to Kalmar and Öland. The hosts are very friendly and we felt very comfortable. :)

Fredrik's apartment is well disposed and everything you need is available. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. At the same time quiet location in well kept property. Fredrik responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We are happy to stay in Fredrik's apartment again!

Smooth and the host family is very nice

The host was very nice, the apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped and we were allowed to use the garden.

Ellen was very helpful and accommodating. Her place is a cozy retreat, and near the Kamar castle which is stunning great find!

Very nice house. We rented the ground floor so the only negative was that it was a little sensitive to the neighbors above but otherwise a very cozy place

Excellent place. We were in a car, so it was convenient that the main road is close. Good space for 4 people. Nothing else to note.

Great room. Everything was available that you could need. David was very nice, nice service and responded quickly to messages. Perfect with walking distance into the city center (max 30 min). Nice walking path close to the water. Quiet area. I would love to stay there again.

The apartment is super convenient for a small family and Jennie was so sweet to put things out for our kids. We had an easy way to find everything and the check-in worked smoothly. The apartment is nicely located and it was easy to go for a walk in Vimmerby from there or to Astrid Lindgreens World.

The apartment is on the second floor of a typical Swedish townhouse in Marianne Lund. We felt like we were transported to another time because of the decor, which fits perfectly with our visit to Astrid Lindgren World. The kitchen is very well equipped and really has everything you need to cook for five people. A child slept on the sofa.

Welcoming hosts, fantastic communication, convenient accommodation! The apartment is on the top floor, but that is clearly conveyed in the listing, and the hosts were so helpful with everything. Tack!
