A newly renovated cottage in the village of Störlinge, on the eastern side of the island of Öland. Fresh and bright with new furniture and interior Here it is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The apartment is in a quiet area but still central and close to everything Kalmar has to offer! There is a parking space on private property. Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like.
