Waterfront vacation rentals in Kalmar County

My partner and I rented the apartment for the weekend. Nice inviting apartment, fully equipped, good location and the host couple who lived upstairs were very friendly and available. We had a great stay. Recomend!

Very nice, well-planned apartment with everything you need! Close to Borgholm and fantastic nature! A real Mediterranean beach when it's bathing weather! Flexible with check-in and check-out times when no one rented directly before or after, it was much appreciated especially on the day of departure!

Beautifully located, nice apartment, perfect for relaxing and as a home base for excursions. Friendly, accommodating hosts - thank you for letting my dog be there, that's so rare! We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the evening sun overlooking the water.

Great place David rented to us. Easy check-in, close to cheap parking, walking distance to downtown with good restaurants.

We loved every minute of our stay at Camilla’s house. It was peaceful and perfect for 4 adults and our one small dog. We especially loved the new sauna - it’s beautifully built, with top of the line heat for the ultimate relaxation experience. The rowboat, the access to the sea, the surrounding lawn and nature trails all added to the perfect weekend to get away! The house is even better than the listing and pictures show. Camilla is the perfect host - helpful, responsive and kind, and she has created a very special place for travelers to rest and relax! We’re so happy we found it and we can’t wait to find a reason and time to be back at her house!

Very nice and nice house. Stayed 4 adults and 4 children aged 3-7 years and we had plenty of space. There were toys, games and drawing opportunities for the children. Good floor plan/furniture in the house, the children could play in one room and we adults could eat/sit and talk in the room next door with an eye on the children. Nice outdoor environment. Close to 2 swimming areas. Quick and good communication with the host. Would highly recommend this home. We'll definitely be back.

Jonna's house is a dream come true for people who prefer peace and quiet and want to treat themselves to a break from everyday stress! Many spots for an after-work beer or after-work whisky are within walking distance. The supermarket is less than 10 minutes away by car. For people who also like to move around, you can easily jog through the forest with beautiful views. In addition, there is also an outdoor gym in Verkö, where it is worth stopping by. Overall, the place is highly recommended!

Nice and cozy house in a cozy garden, with the sea around the corner! The kids loved running freely in the garden, jumping on the trampoline and playing with all the garden games. The host Anna was always available for questions. Perfect location for discovering northern Öland.

Pär was super responsive as a host. Their house is such a fine gem. It's in walking distance from the town, yet far enough away to be private and with a great view over the archipelago and the city on the opposit side of the water. Quiet and calming - soothing for the soul.

We loved our stay at the classic archipelago house. It was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. We would have loved to stay longer! We loved walking on the property to the sea, seeing the sheep, chickens, and very friendly dog on the way, picking blackberries, sitting in the garden, trying the sauna, etc. We would love to return someday!

We had 2 wonderful weeks in Fredrik's house. Fredrik greeted us very warmly and showed us the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the house of the lake is simply stunning. We sat on the terrace every day and could can't get enough of this fantastic view My husband is a passionate angler and Fredrik has given him some Places where he can fish well. He was also very successful at fishing. If you're looking for peace and seclusion, this is the place to be. On the last day, we were taken by Fredriks brother Tomas his dog Charlie very nicely. We plan to spend our vacation there again next year spend.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!

Old but cozy apartment. Airy kitchen and there were many beds, 6 adults sleep comfortably. There were toys for the kids, books and all the amenities needed. The host couple were so kind to leave gifts for the children, as well as we were able to check in earlier than stated. Quiet area with cute houses around and about 15 minutes into the city center. We are very happy considering that we only wanted somewhere to sleep during these two days in Västervik.

It was a great stay. The apartment was perfect, tidy, modern with all the amenities. In addition, it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to a lovely sea view. Simon is quick to communicate and is helpful. We are super happy with the stay. Would have loved to extend the stay.

A great home in Sandvik with a magical view. Can highly recommend both this and the cozy Hamnkrogen under the balcony that you might think should disturb a little but it didn't at all. Johanna as a host is easy to connect with and responds quickly if you need help with anything.

Great accommodation, Roger knows from experience what you need in the kitchen, for example. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use the great terrace.
