We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Immaculately clean, lovingly renovated studio in Old Town Buzet. The host really went the extra mile to make this space comfortable and unique. Again, immaculately clean. For outsiders like myself, however, a few things to consider: This is Old Town Buzet. On top of the hill. Very narrow, confusing, one-way cobblestone streets. if arriving by car that car better be small. The local church, which feels like it's right next door, even if it isn't, will ring its bells precisely at 6am for a period of time sufficient that even my teenage daughters couldn't sleep through it. Bottom line, we loved this studio and the hosts were gracious and helpful. But know what you're getting into when you book.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was also ideal, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. We can’t wait to return!
