On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a room with a jacuzzi. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a bathroom. In the courtyard there is a table with benches, a barbecue and a prefabricated pool. The house is in a glade, offering unique views of the lake and many surrounding areas. The place is quiet, suitable for nature walks and mountain biking.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
