Staying at this tiny house on the lava was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The location is absolutely breathtaking- surrounded by incredible lava landscapes that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The house itself was perfectly designed.. cozy, clean, and packed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Even though it’s a tiny house, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, a super comfy bed, and a beautiful outdoor area to relax and take in the amazing views. It was the perfect blend of adventure and comfort. Our host was fantastic- so welcoming, helpful, and full of great local tips. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Absolutely breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, I was completely in awe of how beautiful this place was. The photos provided were beautiful however they honestly don’t do it justice—every corner felt like a dream. The views were absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and there was so much care and charm in every little detail. I felt so happy and at ease the entire time—it was the kind of stay that fills your soul. I truly fell in love with this place and didn’t want to leave. My son loved it just as much—he had the best time exploring! He especially loved the walk on the amazing terrain to the edge where we could stand and take in the most impressive, breathtaking view of the sea. It felt like we had stumbled onto something magical. This was more than just a stay—it was an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a place that brings pure joy, beauty, and peace, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cottage. It was perfect for my needs of working remote early in the AM (solid internet) and enjoying the serene surroundings in the afternoon/evening. The lava field/ocean cliffs right behind the place are super special and I found myself wandering there more than expected, even at night for incredible stargazing. Rachel is a super kind host, very communicative and you can tell she’s a good person. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
