we hava a good communication with Safa, he is very kind person and always stay in touch with us.

We stayed for 1 night, the location was extremely central, although it was on a street above Taksim, it was quite calm. It was especially enjoyable to spend time with music on the balcony. We were a little stunned as there was no sign on the first check in but after the door no and they welcomed us we were assured. The inside of the kettle was not very clean when we wanted to boil water and drink tea, it should definitely be reviewed. Also, it was a little cold at night, I can't say that the air conditioner works. The heaters were very hot, but it was not enough for 1 room or it may be useful to open it beforehand. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, we would prefer it again, thank you.

Lovely place with lovely people working there. We felt like home and there was always someone to help us with our questions. It is not a luxury place but it has everything you need and more. I loved to sit on the terrace watching the city waking up :) Would definitely recommend to stay there!

They were apex of dealing very friendly The receptionists are very special but I found some simple observations I wish by the attendants to address them or things about the hotel's location and cleanliness are excellent

The rooms were no different from the photos. The cleanliness and order was close to impeccable. It would be better to have things like slow internet, napkins,garbage bags, etc. Rare places where you can stay quietly in the middle of Istanbul with peace of mind.

The cleaning of the house was very good. Ms. Ece was interested and quick to answer our questions

The entrance to the apartment is encrypted. The entrance to the room is provided with a key. You can't enter before 14. But there are options to drop off luggage. Overall the towels, sheets were very clean. The mini fridge doesn't cool very well, but it's fine. We did not use the TV. The bathroom, the sink was clean. There is a police station next to the building, there is no problem in terms of safety. Very good location 2-3 minutes to Istiklal and in a very quiet place.

Everything was just as provided on the profile. We had a great stay and most definitely would go there again. Nor me or my family had any problems durum our stay.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

Small cute apartment with balcony! By bus you can quickly reach the area around Taksim Square and Galata (but in rush hour it takes longer). There are a few good restaurants and breakfast places nearby. The communication with the hosts was great via a well-known chat app. Small minus is that the walls, as everywhere else in Istanbul, are quite thin, which is why I recommend earplugs for light sleepers. But it's definitely not so loud that you can't sleep!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The check-in was straightforward and easy, and all the rooms were in good condition. The location was perfect just off the main street with many markets and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Nisantasi and Taksim Square. Would definitely stay again :)
