Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Kağıthane

All the previous reviews about this apartment were correct. I was also very satisfied with my stay in this complex. Most importantly, when the city's electricity was cut off for a moment, the emergency power system worked and we had electricity. Overall, excellent and recommended to everyone.

Everything was so great ,the host was friendly and always available,home was clean and full with the mentioned amenities,It wasnt my first time I stayed here and it wont be the last,I recommend Sinpaş specifically with this host, I tried others but I findout Sortie is more responsible than others.

Wonderful Appartment, location, amenities - restaurant and supermarket and gym and pool facilities but what makes it really stand out are the caretakers of the Appartment making you feel right at home ! We will definitely come again !

Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.

Great stay! Easy to find and located in a nice neighborhood not far from Zorlu Center. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gokhan was in constant communication and willing to help with any issues.

The place is right in the middle of Şişli and so many restaurants to walk to. Gokan was absolutely amazing with recommendations and local knowledge. Even while I was out and needed help he would help me get to where I was going or recommend easier ways to get there, or better places.

Mehmet was super nice and very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay and loved the area. Our favorite place we’ve stayed in Istanbul.

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. Perfect stay!I'll go for it again on a future trip to Istanbul

We were a group of 4 adults (including one elderly person) and a 3-year-old child, so we were specifically looking for a place with no stairs and easy accessibility and this apartment met that need perfectly. The location is very safe and clean. The building’s security staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was extremely supportive and responsive throughout our stay. The space was sufficient for all five of us. The couch was converted into a comfortable bed, making the sleeping arrangements work well. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: The apartment has only one bathroom, which was a bit of a challenge for five people, but we managed. It doesn’t get direct sunlight and doesn’t have a street view, so if you’re planning to spend a lot of time indoors, that might be something to consider. If those two points aren’t an issue for you, this apartment is a great option in Istanbul. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely rent it again if needed. Recommended.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

The apartment fully corresponds to the description, very clean, comfortable and cozy. When the windows are closed, the street noise is practically not audible. But we were so tired, walking around beautiful Istanbul all day, forgot to close these windows and also we were not a hindrance))). The bed is very comfortable and makes it possible to have a good rest))). The apartment has everything you need and even more))).

awesome place. exactly as described. plenty of amenities. such a cozy place. ibrahim provided us with a baby cot and high chair as well. highly recommended.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the new city, just a couple of minutes from Istiklal Caddesi. It is clean and modern with nice furniture. We had a comfortable stay. There was wonderful security staff on site. It is right on the main Tarlabaşı avenue, which could be a bit noisy if you have the windows open, but there is Central Air Conditioning. The landlord was very responsive. I had a slight issue with one of the thermostats and they had it fixed within the hour. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to be in the heart of the urban life of Istanbul.

For anyone arriving by car, I definitely recommend the property since there is a secure parking garage under the building. I will note, though, that navigating the parking garage is a bit tight. If you're in a large SUV you might find it a bit challenging. You should have zero issues in any 'normal' airport rental though. Beyond that, Taksim Square is just a short walk away, small markets for fruit and vegetables, and Istiklal with all of its shopping and such.

We loved this unit with our family of 5. We moved to this unit after staying in Erhans other unit in the same structure of Taksim 360. What a wonderful and luxurious property. This place is perfectly comfortable and perfectly located. Exceeded our expectations. We even extended our stay here by two nights. They also provided us an extra bed because our teenagers boys refused to sleep next to each other on the sofa bed haha. Don’t think twice when booking this place with family !
