I really enjoyed my stay here! Having the gym and pool was a nice touch. The neighbourhood is quite far from the city centre (and very steep hills if you walk), but the buses and transport systems are so easy. I recommend buying the istanbulkart transport card. There was everything I needed in the apartment with some essentials like spices sauces etc. Karen was very responsive and quick in replying to any issues I encountered. The apartment is really beautiful, clean and well-designed.

We were thrilled with our stay. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the place was extremely comfortable – a place to feel good. We were particularly pleased with the in-house gym, which allowed us to continue our training program as usual. For us, this was a decisive plus and one reason why we chose this apartment. first of all, the host responded to every question in a short time and was very helpful. We stayed as a family for 5 days, we were very satisfied. Of course, it was not like your own house in terms of cleaning, but we thought it was normal. I read complaints about the bathroom and the toilet. There was no smell, but there were pipes that clogged. The water was already going for less than 1 minute, we did not think it was such an exaggeration problem. There was also a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, and we think there was a great comfort in long-term stays. The items in the house were also suitable for 5 people. We did not have any problems with the items. In short, we were very satisfied, the problems that can be overlooked are everywhere. We recommend it with peace of mind.

My family and I felt right at home. The home had all the basic amenities and Sinan was helpful and supportive to meeting our needs. The home is well furnished, clean, and has enough beds to accommodate a good number of persons. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling with family and interested in having a non-conventional stay away from hotels and the typical touristy areas. This area is more residential—at least it seemed—so you get a taste of both while exploring the beautiful and vibrant city of Istanbul. It is easy to get around, since everything is an uber ride away. Would definitely recommend! ☺️

Very good location, staff are very nice and anything you need just ask reception they are very helpful. Communication may be a little difficult but bear with them , it’s worth it…

We had a pleasant stay in Istanbul. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (metro subway). Excursion destinations as well. Shops for daily shopping can be easily reached on foot. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. We would stay there again.

I like the scenery here, there are floor-to-ceiling windows, the windows can be opened, which is convenient for us to see the scenery and feel the breeze, each bed is very comfortable, and the house is very tidy.The shower water responds well.There is also a Turkish red teapot, and all the small items are provided.The boss is also very nice, he came back and forth several times.I still like its scenery the most. You can be idle, drink wine, tea, listen to music, and watch the sunset!This is what traveling should be like!Watch the sunrise in the morning!There are quite a few supermarkets behind this location, and there are taxis and subway stations not far in front.Convenient transportation, shopping and food.

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was perfect; beautiful, very well equipped, and quiet because overlooking a garden. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the Galata Tower and 5 minutes from the tram line going directly into the center of Istanbul. Entry into the apartment is easy thanks to the caretaker at the entrance ( at any time) A rental we recommend!

Very nice apartment I met my expectations and with the treatment by the people who are in charge of the administration in the lobby .... I highly recommend a beautiful view.
