I hosted my guests from out of town here at my daughter's wedding. My guests were very satisfied and this made me very happy. The apartments were clean, Ms. Nihan made my job very easy throughout the process. I got answers to all my questions (even at a late hour☺️) Very central location, 1 minute walk to the metrobus. A new comfortable building. There were items to meet every need. Oven, stove, kettle, kitchenware, etc. In short, it was GREAT, thank you very much 🙏 💐💐💐 I will choose it again for my first guest

We were thrilled with our stay. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the place was extremely comfortable – a place to feel good. We were particularly pleased with the in-house gym, which allowed us to continue our training program as usual. For us, this was a decisive plus and one reason why we chose this apartment. We had a pleasant stay in Istanbul. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (metro subway). Excursion destinations as well. Shops for daily shopping can be easily reached on foot. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. We would stay there again.

Very nice place, feel like home Parking available and easy access, and Yildirim was very helpful.

I like the scenery here, there are floor-to-ceiling windows, the windows can be opened, which is convenient for us to see the scenery and feel the breeze, each bed is very comfortable, and the house is very tidy.The shower water responds well.There is also a Turkish red teapot, and all the small items are provided.The boss is also very nice, he came back and forth several times.I still like its scenery the most. You can be idle, drink wine, tea, listen to music, and watch the sunset!This is what traveling should be like!Watch the sunrise in the morning!There are quite a few supermarkets behind this location, and there are taxis and subway stations not far in front.Convenient transportation, shopping and food.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

Wow! Ali and team really go above and beyond ! They made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, they pay attention to even the smallest details . Overall, I felt very well taken care of staying here from check in to check out, they did not miss a beat. There were complimentary meals at BurgerLab, upon arrival the mini fridge was fully stocked with refreshments and treats ! 😍 ! Ali was always responsive and checking to ensure everything is ok and if I need anything . His on-site team is wonderful and close by if assistance is needed. The apartment is very spacious , nice, cosy, clean, tidy and lots of natural lighting. I really appreciate there was a good size table as I had to do some work during my stay so it was very useful. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. it is in a desirable location ,it is close to the ferries, trams and metro. Also lots of good restaurants, cafes in this area. Thank you for the awesome hospitality ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

The apartment is wonderful, beautiful and clean and everything has 5 stars. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and many shops. They helped me carry the bags and treated me very well. The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.
