This is a great place if your idea of a vacation is a quiet place with amazing views and lots of places to walk around. There are only 2 cottages and a kitchen/ dining/ chilling cottage. The cottages are pretty clean and well-appointed (the common area has a fridge and microwave, utensils and basic stocks). Breakfast was superb (dosa, omelet, chutney, tea), the caretaker also makes tea in the evenings. He wore a mask at all times and kept the place neat. For other stuff, there's a guy who does delivery from town for 250rs. You can tell him what to order from where - I recommend Khansamma restaurant and cafe agappe. The owner lives on the same estate but 100-200ms away from the cottages. It's located inside a group of estates, well inside from the main road. Rooms are pretty decent, not amazing, but clean - perhaps a bit small. the view more than makes up for it though, I've not been to many rooms with better views! Airtel connectivity is there. They have a tv and HD channels. The rooms can get pretty hot in the afternoons in summer (we went in April). There are a couple of friendly dogs, who are surprisingly mindful of your space. All in, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely recommend this place for a relaxed weekend, especially for a small group.

It's a nature paradise not far away from Srigeri (around 25-30 min drive). I wish I could stay longer in this wonderful place, which is located next to the river. Truly luxury, super helpful and English-speaking staff.

It was a wonderful experience for us. This farmstay is located at Lokhande hill and what we like the most, its beautiful surroundings with a perfect hill view and lush green forest around it. Thank you Mr. Virendra and his staff Manju for beautiful stay and provided homely like environment for visitors. A must recommended place to stay with homely food.

what a lovely property and hospitality. if you want to relax with your friends or family, this is the place for u. you will get privacy between the clouds on the top of mountains. staffs were extremely humble and food was amazing.
