My stay in Boraceia was very good! The building is very well located, in front of the beach. The apartment is great and extremely clean! The spaces are organized and well divided, with everything you need. The beach is very quiet, clean, family-friendly and the best part, it's Pet friendly! The host Samara was very attentive and understanding about an unforeseen event I had with my reservation dates. I was immensely grateful for your empathy. I will recommend the property to friends and family, and I intend to return other times!

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

Vanessa's apartment is simply perfect, super clean, smells nice. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The Gourmet area is spectacular, the hot tub made all the difference, we had rainy days and enjoyed it a lot. My husband loves to barbecue and loved the gas barbecue and all the utensils. It was very worthwhile, our stay was perfect.

The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. I don't even know how to start, Vera is an amazing person and her house is a delight, it looks like an enchanted house, the garden, the view, everything is perfect. I felt so at home that I would live there forever. It is a chalet in the middle of nature, safe and pleasant. You wake up and already see the sea with the islands in front of you. You have to go by car to the beach, but it's very close. It has everything you need and a wonderful energy!

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Cozy and safe accommodation for pets. Our reservation was, on purpose, on a cold and rainy weekend, in order to rest in the house. Cabana Cacau is very cozy and provided us with a great stay. Everything as described in the listing and working properly. We brought two medium-sized dogs (one of them very playful) and both were left alone in the house and were safe. The fence and gate are enough to contain the runaway dogs (which is our case). The neighborhood is very quiet and the garage was enough to accommodate a 7-seater vehicle, despite the street being narrow. End of story, the weather cleared, we all went to the beach (by car) and enjoyed a beautiful weekend. We recommend this accommodation and we will return soon.

A charming retreat in the middle of nature!! The house is charming (we're in love with it!) One of those places that makes you want to stay forever. Surrounded by plants and nature on all sides, it conveys a peace that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy, light, full of charm and care in every detail. We felt super comfortable, it was like a hug from nature with the comforts of home. The little house met (and exceeded!) all our expectations! I recommend it from the heart. A delightful place, full of good energy. We sure want to go back!

Great house to go with the dogs, the beach is 3km from the house on foot, you can rest.. very good neighborhood.. but if you are going to stay more than 5 days it is complicated because there is no washing machine.. but other than that it is very good and extremely clean and organized..

The stay at Roseli's apartment was sensational. Impeccable, organized and exactly as advertised, in addition to having everything we needed - kitchen items, living room, comfortable bedroom and a very calm environment.
