My stay in Boraceia was very good! The building is very well located, in front of the beach. The apartment is great and extremely clean! The spaces are organized and well divided, with everything you need. The beach is very quiet, clean, family-friendly and the best part, it's Pet friendly! The host Samara was very attentive and understanding about an unforeseen event I had with my reservation dates. I was immensely grateful for your empathy. I will recommend the property to friends and family, and I intend to return other times!

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

Vanessa's apartment is simply perfect, super clean, smells nice. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The Gourmet area is spectacular, the hot tub made all the difference, we had rainy days and enjoyed it a lot. My husband loves to barbecue and loved the gas barbecue and all the utensils. It was very worthwhile, our stay was perfect.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We didn't suffer with late-night street sweepers or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very easy to leave them there while we went for a walk. Katya was flexible with check-out time, which allowed us to enjoy our last day more. I highly recommend it.

The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to spend a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Everything was sensational! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and without clutter or smell of mold or anything like that, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a stunning and priceless view of the sea and beach. We were able to have coffee and meals while admiring the sea, and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that is worth every penny. The house is on the avenue that leads to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple assisted us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also made us totally comfortable, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we think is good too. Anyway, a 10! We'll be back for sure.

Perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations! We spent the Easter holiday with the family (my husband, our 2-year-old son, my in-laws and my mother) and it was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as described in the ad – with 3 bathrooms that perfectly cater to the 3 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent: close to the beach, we walked quietly with our little son. The beach is beautiful, with several stalls to eat and drink, and there are great restaurants less than 500 meters from the house. The region is super safe, which has brought us a lot of tranquility. The attention of Junia and her team was flawless. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The decor of the house is very tasteful and the collection of books is a different charm. We really felt at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. We were super well received, Taciano was very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, everything is very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. It has a super different view, we loved it and would definitely come back. The condominium pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.
