We had a great stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, super organized, clean and equipped with absolutely everything you may need — from kitchen utensils to small details that make all the difference. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach and in a super quiet area. We were received with great attention by Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Adelaide, Fabiola's parents, who introduced us to the house, gave us all the tips and made us feel at home from the first moment. During the stay, we count on the help of Neide, who went to the house each morning to help us with the cleaning. Always very friendly and efficient, left everything impeccable — a sure indication of Fabiola, which we also recommend! And the view… what a wonderful view! A real getaway to rest, recharge and enjoy good times with family and friends. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Simply a 1000. Exactly as in the photos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patricia is always willing to help us. The only inconvenience was a party that was happening on the next street, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

We love the space! Very beautiful, decorated, well cared for! Not to mention that it is inside a gated condominium (we feel very safe) and facing the beach! I recommend it and would come back several times!

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds, an incredible view, you really don't want to leave. Cooking with that view is amazing. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, and take in the view. Cyntia, the employee who helped with everything in the house, was really helpful. He cooked for us and was there to meet our needs. Juli the same, she got me everything I asked for/ I would really come back a thousand times!

Very complete, cozy, well organized house. Communication with Sônia from the beginning was very good, many tips and guidance. The condominium is also very nice, with a pool with a breathtaking view. The location is also very good, close to beautiful beaches and shops. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it!!

The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

It was an excellent tour. The cabin is a delight, super cozy and tastefully decorated. Super friendly host and request. And the lake landscape is the most beautiful thing. I loved it, I'll be back for sure.

Caio and Sônia were great hosts. The space was very clean and the balcony of suite 8 overlooks the vegetation of the hillside, ensuring privacy and a green wall. The chalet is very nice, with essential items available for use. The village is small, so any long walk is no more than 20 minutes. As a gay couple, we feel safe and welcome.

I don't even know how to start, Vera is an amazing person and her house is a delight, it looks like an enchanted house, the garden, the view, everything is perfect. I felt so at home that I would live there forever. It is a chalet in the middle of nature, safe and pleasant. You wake up and already see the sea with the islands in front of you. You have to go by car to the beach, but it's very close. It has everything you need and a wonderful energy!

The house is new/renovated with all kitchen utensils, and furniture available. The shower to remove the salt at the entrance even has hot water. The space is spacious, airy, the facilities are pet-friendly (to be agreed with the owner) Impeccable facilities and cleanliness, very comfortable and pleasant. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The house was completely renovated, with new floors, finishes and facilities, very easy to keep clean. At night, even a 5-minute walk from the beach, you can sleep listening to the sound of the sea. I recommend and intend to return.

A charming retreat in the middle of nature!! The house is charming (we're in love with it!) One of those places that makes you want to stay forever. Surrounded by plants and nature on all sides, it conveys a peace that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy, light, full of charm and care in every detail. We felt super comfortable, it was like a hug from nature with the comforts of home. The little house met (and exceeded!) all our expectations! I recommend it from the heart. A delightful place, full of good energy. We sure want to go back!

The space is exactly as described and in the photos, the neighborhood is super quiet and there are plenty of things to do in the surroundings. We very much like the stay and we intend to go back. The host was very kind and proactive.

Wonderful stay, the place is perfect for spending time with structure and privacy close to the Atlantic Forest but at the same time having the beach nearby! We barbecued, watched Netflix and enjoyed everything it did with a little rain! City Hall would put a light on the part of the bathtub for the night, but we used some candles and tell you it got even better! Leonardo always polite and respond fast! Very good stay, I recommend 100% and would come back!

Perfect stay. Everything is much better than in the photos. Julio is super attentive, giant house, very comfortable and super well equipped. Very beautiful condominium and super close to a very quiet stretch of the beach. Talita is a great cook and helped us a lot.

The house is perfect for large groups. The rooms are large and the common spaces are very spacious too. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a barbecue. parking for 3 cars. The house's condominium has an exit to the beach and has a very good swimming pool.

Victor was an excellent host! Extremely kind and concerned about our stay. Gave great recommendations for local service providers. The house is wonderful, matches the photos in the listing and stands out for its cleanliness and comfort for all guests (we stayed in a group of 13 people, all people well accommodated). The housekeeper Daiana, who Victor recommended for hiring cleaning separately, was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend it!

Johanna was proactive and helpful from the beginning, responding quickly and clearly. It was very important to hire the housekeeper Macielly during the days of our stay, organizing the house with great appreciation and care. Perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations! We spent the Easter holiday with the family (my husband, our 2-year-old son, my in-laws and my mother) and it was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as described in the ad – with 3 bathrooms that perfectly cater to the 3 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent: close to the beach, we walked quietly with our little son. The beach is beautiful, with several stalls to eat and drink, and there are great restaurants less than 500 meters from the house. The region is super safe, which has brought us a lot of tranquility. The attention of Junia and her team was flawless. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The decor of the house is very tasteful and the collection of books is a different charm. We really felt at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.
