The house is really beautiful and comfortable and I highlight the BBQ area, because of the rock that gives a special charm to the space. We passed a wonderful fds and will surely return!

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

I wanted to thank Mr. Bira, great house, super cozy, clean and organized. He was super attentive to me and my friends, we went to the nearby beach and he indicated other nice places. The house is large, has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and extra mattresses, and one bedroom has an en-suite as shown in the photos. My family and I use the barbecue area a lot, it's an open and cool environment. The pool is not heated, but it didn't need to be, as the heat was so intense that the water was wonderful. Communication with Raphael was quick, check-in and check-out were very flexible. A good tip is to shop before arriving at the house, as the local market broke our branch, but the value is above average. I recommend staying at this accommodation!

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. Best stay I've ever had in Ilhabela! Gustavo's house is impeccable! Privileged location (5-minute walk to the beach), markets, pharmacies, kiosks and restaurants nearby. The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another.
