My place is approximately 300 meters from the beach and the river, 100 meters from the supermarket, pharmacy, near restaurants, bakery, marinas and yacht club. Integrated internal, external and garden area. It has leisure equipment (two bikes, parasol, beach chairs etc), barbecue and cooking utensils. Bring only your bed linen and towels. The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.
