Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Joshua Tree

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this Joshua Tree home. The house is spacious and well laid out. One of the highlights was a beautiful, zen-like room with an Asian flair. The outdoor space is equally inviting. The fire pit and jacuzzi are positioned perfectly for nice views. It’s a peaceful setting overall and one we would happily return to. That said, there are a few things worth noting. The kitchen is lightly stocked for cooking, so plan accordingly. There are many outdoor security cameras so guests should be aware that there’s limited privacy outside. The property is managed by a corporate entity, and that vibe comes through with the house rules and items for sale. We did notice large scuff marks on the walls in our bedroom and felt the couch could use a deep cleaning. We reported these issues to management to avoid any misunderstandings. Despite those minor drawbacks, this is a beautiful home in a striking location—and overall, we had a very good experience.

I can't wait to return to this peaceful desert getaway. I stayed in 5 airbnb's on my trip across country and this one took the cake! Book this NOW. You will not regret it. The aesthetic is amazing. The bed, next level. Thank you for a perfect stay - wish it was longer but certainly will be back!

This place was a lot of fun! So many unique spaces to utilize in the backyard. I found the host to be unbelievably responsive and helpful. I normally never reach out to hosts but I had a couple unexpected very small hiccups, and they responded almost immediately and offered to have someone come out to help even though it wasn’t necessary. The home was def worth staying at, although I think it would be best for those comfortable with one another, the bathroom is a farm door with no lock, and not very soundproof. But besides that, it has so much to offer. It was very clean as well. Go have a blast! I’d definitely stay again.

Our little family had a great stay at Poppy Ranch. A few snags came up but were handled quickly and efficiently by the hosts and we felt very taken care of. The place has great energy and our girls were sad to leave :). Thanks again!

We had a great stay in 29 Palms/ Joshua Tree! The AirBNB was super relaxing, peaceful, amazing views. We had a great time ! 10/10 would recommend!

I’m so glad I picked this place for a Bday getaway, very relaxing and loved everything about this home. The spa & pool definitely a peaceful view. As soon as we walked in the home felt homey, the kitchen has such a beautiful open space that made me feel excited to cook! Everything about this place made me not want to leave. This was SUCH a great place and such a reasonable rate! We had the absolute most peaceful long weekend here exploring and floating around in the pool. We enjoyed every sunset and sunrise because there is not one bad view from this perch on the hill. I can't say enough good things about this property. Perfectly tidy and easy to find and had absolutely everything we needed to relax and breathe. Katelyn was super responsive to questions and the suggestions were spot on for things to do in the area. I appreciated that they made certain we had no questions about getting to the property since it's remote. They've truly thought of everything - fire pit, pool, swing, good reading spots and very comfortable bedrooms with perfectly appointed bathrooms. Just a great property - especially if you can rent the adjacent property for your friends! Highly recommend!

What a gem of a property! My two night stay was too short. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and clean, and the surroundings are stunning. The listing is exactly as described. It’s a magical spot and I hope to return one day!

The place was great! just as pictured. We had a wonderful night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable mattress and the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. It could be even better with some renovations to the outdoor deck, ideally before summer arrives.

This place provided much needed solace, community, and beauty when we needed it most. Nathan is a truly caring person and host. We are so grateful we were able to stay in this beautiful spot.

Beautiful stay in the desert. Private, stunning views/plants, and lots to do to relax at the property. Just what we were looking for, a desert escape with our two little kids - who loved the pool and swing set. Lots of rabbits roamed the property, which were fun to watch. We star gazed at night and were lucky enough to witness 2 shooting stars and a meteor! Only forewarning is the oven, it is vintage and operates as such! WILL burn your pizza, so watch your frozen pizzas carefully 😂. Would stay again nonetheless!

We had such a great stay at GetawayHaus. The place had everything we needed, paper towels, blankets, pillows, pans, bowls, utensils—you name it. It was super convenient not having to worry about any of that. The whole house was really clean, including the beds, the garage, and even the backyard. Everything was well taken care of. The host was awesome—really friendly and quick to respond any time I reached out. Communication was easy and smooth the whole time. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Bianca & Clint’s. The home/outdoor space are beautiful and full of amenities. A convenient walk to the shops in JT, and just a few minutes drive to the park.

Katie's listing was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Her house was spotless, beautiful and spacious. We had the pool heated and it was so warm, kept our 3 kids swimming for hours. Views were breathtaking and it is so peaceful out there. We are making this out spot from here on our for vacations in Joshua tree.

I had my 30th birthday trip here and had the absolute best time! What a cool airbnb. The view of the mountains is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and loved the additional amenities/activities like the mini golf (actually pretty hard lol), the sauna, and the movie room. Lots of room to sleep and have fun! It's not too far from the town and Joshua Tree National Park. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Xi!!!
