Monthly Rentals in José Menino beach

Staying in Victor's apartment was a great experience! The location is great — very close to the market and the beach, which makes everyday life much easier. The space is comfortable, well-equipped and has everything you need, including a fast internet, perfect for those who need to work remotely. Netflix TV was also a great extra. The air conditioner helps a lot on the hottest days, despite being a bit noisy. Overall, it was a super nice stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Victor!

Everything was as expected...accommodation, contact with Maria, cleanliness/organization...everything was super easy. From my perspective, I recommend the apartment... given the location, surroundings, beach, shops, bars, restaurants.... all highly compensatory. I will return at other times.

Great apartment very well equipped and all in great condition. Perfect air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The excellent balcony closure enlarges the room space. Building in a great location with garage and housekeeper working from Monday to Saturday. Special highlight for the maid Simone Regina who served us with great sympathy. My only repair refers to the bed: small (standard couple) and with an uncomfortable mattress. An apartment of this category would be perfect with a queen size bed. In addition, everything is great.
