Staying in Victor's apartment was a great experience! The location is great — very close to the market and the beach, which makes everyday life much easier. The space is comfortable, well-equipped and has everything you need, including a fast internet, perfect for those who need to work remotely. Netflix TV was also a great extra. The air conditioner helps a lot on the hottest days, despite being a bit noisy. Overall, it was a super nice stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Victor!

The apartment is very well located on Canal 1, with a partial ocean view. The building is relatively new, and has good infrastructure, although the gym is simple and the rooftop pool is not heated. As for the apartment itself, it is exactly as shown in the photos, with a good balcony and two en-suites. Everything is very functional and designed to cater to guests. Layza was very helpful before and during our stay. Super recommended!

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Best stay in Santos! The apartment is exceptional, combined with a strategic location - you don't need a car for anything, everything is close by. Marcus kept me informed of the operation of the environment and, even when I had doubts, he answered me promptly. I'll be back more often for sure!

Nice and very well-kept location, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the location information was also clear from arrival to checkout. Tamara also always responded quickly and was available to solve everything we needed with great attention.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. Great apartment, two bathrooms, spotless! The condominium has two swimming pools, a sauna, a game room, and great amenities! I recommend it! There is a Pão de Açúcar supermarket under the building, a few steps from the exit door, which is very convenient.

The stay was great! The space is very cozy, it has everything you need. The hostess, Andressa, very attentive and polite responsiveness moreover, the building has a great complete leisure structure near everything great restaurants you don't need to take the car out of the driveway for absolutely nothing.
