Beachfront vacation rentals in José Menino beach

I stayed a week at Alex's place and loved it! It has a really nice view from the balcony, it's very well ventilated, pillows and beds accommodated us well, good Wi-Fi for those who need to work, and the differential is the safety net (essential for me and it's hard to find in rentals). The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot and there are great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. I used the car a few times and there were always plenty of parking spaces in the garage. The employees of the condominium were very nice and efficient. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

The space is excellent, cozy, and matches the listing. The host is exceptional, she cares about the smallest details. The apartment has all the amenities for a great stay. Agile concierge, adequate parking, helpful and polite staff. The building is older, but the apartment is fully renovated and fully functional. Excellent quality internet, new shower, good bed, cable TV. Anyway, excellent and I easily recommend it.

The stay was great! The apartment in general was completely impeccable, it matched the listing, everything was in the best condition. Communication and reception were the differential. We really liked it and we intend to return next year.

It was a wonderful stay! The atmosphere is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we didn't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Quiet stay Well-located flat, close to several restaurants, malls and bars, and with a beautiful view of the beach. Marcelo was quick and friendly. It's well worth the cost-benefit. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I had a great experience during my stay in Santos. From the first moment, the service was impeccable: Elena was very precise and helpful at all times, which made me feel very welcome. In addition, the reception at the hotel was very safe and organized, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without hesitation! I had a great experience! The location was perfect for my purpose (it's a 2-minute walk from where I would work)! In addition, it is close to the mall and several bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it has many utensils (iron, hair dryer) the kitchen has various appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Bruno is very helpful, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Anyway, I found the value extremely fair for what is offered and I would certainly stay again.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Facing the beach is the market next to the building. We loved it and it's super suitable for families with children as well.

Staying in Victor's apartment was a great experience! The location is great — very close to the market and the beach, which makes everyday life much easier. The space is comfortable, well-equipped and has everything you need, including a fast internet, perfect for those who need to work remotely. Netflix TV was also a great extra. The air conditioner helps a lot on the hottest days, despite being a bit noisy. Overall, it was a super nice stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Victor!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing, next to the jetty, overlooking the sea and really on the sand — something rare on the waterfront. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the lodging. I recommend it!

We love our stay in the apartment! The decor is charming, everything is tasteful, extremely clean and fragrant. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Celsi was super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. We stayed as a couple and with our pet, who also loved it! We definitely want to come back on an upcoming visit to Santos. We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!
