The Boho Studio is intimate and comfortable- like a fun, relaxing nest. Very centrally located, with excellent details: a record player in the kitchen with an unpredictably wide selection of fun albums. An old-school Atari ready to go in the living room. Warm lighting, a comfy bed. If the weather’s right, a fantastic deck out back. A great place to perch for awhile, no matter what season you’re in town. I’d be very happy to find an occasion to return to Nikki’s place, and I hope I will!

We were in town for a college softball tournament. Location is great walkable bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Great view too!! Definitely recommend for anyone in the area. Beds are VERY comfortable and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Thanks!!

This was a great place for a last-minute getaway before school starts. Walking distance to Shoreline Park, Jet Express ferry stop and a number of businesses/restaurants. I appreciated the building and apartment being secure, quiet and clean. Although this may seem strange, I loved that you could smell the laundry detergent scent on the linens - including comforters and blankets. You knew they had been washed! The only teeny, tiny thing to be cautious about is the shower floor. It is very slippery when wet/soapy. All in all, the place and our stay were great! We would rent again.
