Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

Princeton Hot Springs or Cottonwood Hot Springs, and about an hour drive to Ski Cooper and 45 min. to Monarch Mountain.
