The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. Ah, just outside the city, going to Paulo's house, has a great market. Thank you so much Paulo for sharing your wonderful space with us. God bless.

The best cost benefit in Monte Verde!!!! What a beautiful, spacious chalet (apartment) with two suites and comfortable. I was simply delighted. Next to the center of Monte Verde (literally) you can do everything on foot and without having to spend on parking (which is difficult to find). I recommend it without a doubt.

We had a perfect holiday at the Santana Chalet. Nilde was extremely hospitable. The region is great for outdoor activities, we take bicycles and explore various points. In addition to the June party in Joanopolis, which was a great surprise on the trip. The chalet matches the photos well and is very cozy, excellent for resting and enjoying as a couple. There is a stretch of land to get to, but it is well signposted, we followed Google maps as Nilde recommended and we had no problem finding the place.

The stay at Casarao Ateliê was delightful! Flat house, clean land, quiet place and surrounded by nature! It has a nice space to make a fire, hammocks on the balcony, and a mattress for use during the day on the balcony as well (great for taking a nap in the afternoon). The house was super clean, full kitchen! Access is by dirt road, but no problem (I went in a season without rain). Ligia was attentive and available to give tips. for those who want to disconnect in the midst of nature, I highly recommend it!

First time in Monte Belo, after a busy day and many tours, shopping, tastings, a clean and cozy little place to end the night.

This was, without a doubt, the best stay I've ever had! Simony is very kind, cheerful and communicative, and you can feel this energy in every detail of the house. The house is even more beautiful in person, every corner thought out in the smallest details! Everything is very cozy, clean and fragrant. Incredible good taste! Bed and bath linens are of quality, also very clean and smelling, in addition to very comfortable beds, for a perfect night's sleep. We were greeted with a delicious welcome coffee, with cake, biscuits, jam and hot drinks. The house is very well-equipped, with a full kitchen for those who like to cook. In addition to all the positive points, the location is excellent! It is close to the center, the tourist attractions and in an easily accessible location. We went as a group of 6, and we all came back delighted. We hope to come back again and again! For those looking for the perfect place to feel at home, relax and fall in love, this is the place to stay!

The house is 20 minutes from downtown Joanópolis and is a true haven of peace (as Paulo emphasized!). In terms of infrastructure, it is super complete, especially for those who want/like to cook, they have a structure to make cakes and barbecues. The jacuzzi is delicious, warm shower and comfortable bed. It's worth going as a couple or even in a group of friends (there's a bed for 6, but it fits many mattresses and there's also a crib!) Now, the cordiality and hospitality of Sheyla, Paulo and Samara are the great differential. They drove us in the car, ahead, to the house, showing attractions along the way. They welcomed us with a cake, a letter and a dining table already set. They gave tips and were super available for any problems or needs. We'll definitely be back.

We spent 3 extremely pleasant days in Dnalva's apartment, everything as advertised and in the photos presented. The location is great, there are restaurants nearby, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store..., cleaning in order, clean linens and towels. It was a perfect weekend! I definitely recommend this place.
