The house is very good and cozy, a great space, both indoors and outdoors. Everything is very clean and tidy. Well facing with a very good waterfall to frequent. We love the places we will return for sure.

The house is easily accessible, very comfortable, with lots of green area and well maintained. The room that is not a suite is a little tight as it has two double beds and not much space left, but it does not impact the stay negatively. A special mention to Otto, the person who assisted us promptly when we needed it. We highly recommend it!

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

The corner of the mountain is WONDERFUL. The house is very equipped, clean, organized and you can see that all the details have been thought through with great affection. Simony is an excellent hostess, always responded to us promptly and prepared a wonderful reception for our arrival! My family and I are already looking forward to staying in the house again!

The house is great, inside a super quiet condominium. The view from the swimming pool is amazing and the photos are true to the house. All the questions were quickly answered by Ivone. I'd come back more often!

Excellent location, you can do everything on foot.... Everything very clean, very organized, excellent bed, mattress and pillows. I didn't use the kitchen much, but I saw that it had several practical items. I loved the stay and the reception was also great. I was very late to check in and Rodrigo was very understanding and also helped with a problem we had in the shower, super fast and prompt. I highly recommend the accommodation

Our stay at the Phoenix Hut inside Sítio Nossa Terra was wonderful. The space is excellent, very well equipped and is a perfect place to relax and be in touch with the nature. The view is sensational! The reception and attention of your Geraldo, homey of the property, was excellent, always very helpful and attentive. We will certainly return on other occasions.

Wonderful place! Super cozy. I went with my family and everyone loved the place. Everything very clean, the house is old but super preserved. Baths are clean and everything is new. Great place to come with the family. My communication with Rubens from the beginning was very good. I highly recommend it!

We spent a wonderful carnival holiday, Martin and Cris are just perfect, the space is amazing, Felipe is super attentive, we fish, we ride on horseback, swimming pool is simply perfect, a paradise, organized place, everything that is needed, we love very much, we will be back!

Rodrigo's house in Joanópolis was one of the best accommodations I ever stayed through Airbnb , communication 1000% , the house is identical to the photos all in extreme good taste . All impeccable suites in bed , bathroom , air conditioning , etc . To close with a gold key, we hired the appointment of Rodrigo and Dona Odete the cook and the Dona Elvira auxiliary and organizer of the space made a total difference the tranquility they provided us, apart from the fact that Dona Odete's food is incredible , so for you who are reading, be sure to include this convenience in your stay !!! i my family and friends love the space, very cozy and spacious. All the chalets are quite complete, with kitchen and private bathroom, outside the main kitchen that is giant. We arrived everything was clean and organized! Milton was very kind and let us feel free to check in on his own cell phone, kept an eye on the messages and still let us stay until later than agreed. the city is a cute one and everything is very close. We take the opportunity to get to know one of the waterfalls near there. finally super recommend!

All wonderful! Maylon always thoughtful, explained to us everything about the way, the attention he gave us made a lot of difference, we felt all the time at home. Regarding the house, it exceeded our expectation because it had everything, more than we expected regarding kitchen utensils. The place is amazing, a spectacular view of the mountains and the walks were great, in a single day we went to 2 waterfalls, the Black and the Escondida. The house is right in the countryside, isolated exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed mto, we had beautiful experiences and sure we will be back!

Perfect accommodation as a haven in the midst of nature. The old bus experience is unique. Airbnb is all equipped, with comfortable bed, clean bathroom, hot water on all faucets, plus entertainment options such as vinyl records, deck cards, and the outdoor screen. The internet is good and it worked all the time. I felt super safe and in a private place. Lastly, Gabriel - host - always responded quickly and passed all the guidelines. Place I would return and recommend it to friends!

All surpassed our expectation, brand-new household appliances, cleaning, outdoor area and impeccable lawn. We found affection at every point. We felt at home. Johny's space is excellent for those who want to relax and rest with a lot of peace and nature around. We leave only as improvements, put some fans or screens on the windows, on hot nights we cannot leave the windows open due to the space having many insects (of course normal insects in this place) And the internet fluctuates a lot and is very weak, maybe it's worth calling the Hugsnet technician to take a look. But only improvements, which do not detract from the space at all. We loved it and intend to return.
