A magical place! The chalet is extremely beautiful, the wonderful view of the Serra da Mantiqueira. A true piece of paradise! Rodrigo was a very solicited, kind, attentive host. We gave several tips of beautiful places near the chalet. Haaa, and I can't forget to comment on the wonderful waterfall you have on the property, about 5 minutes from the chalet ❤️

The house and the whole property and its surroundings are really wonderful, even better than in the pictures. The house is well equipped, has very pleasant living spaces (pool, ofuro, barbecue, living room...). Only negative point was that one of the bathrooms did not have hot water for the bath most of the time of the stay. The problem was solved with the homemaker. Communication with Stela (host) tbm worked well in all the interactions. We 8 approved the stay!

Our stay at the address was very quiet and Nadia was always ready to serve us. The house is very cozy and fresh, which was great as it was getting quite hot during our stay. The address is very close to the center of the city, we went and returned on foot whenever we needed, although there was no sidewalk on the street, it was very quiet. Great place for those looking for peace and quiet. We were greeted by the host of the house, the kitten Fubá, who was with us throughout our entire stay, very cute. It is not a place for those who do not like animals, besides the cat, we received visits from dogs, squirrels and many spiders, which was good, as there were almost no pernilongos. The only point of attention is the parking lot, we had a bit of difficulty in getting out with the car.

The house of Rafael eh cozy, beautiful the place, the surroundings, everything wonderful, I could be quiet with my pets, we felt at home, everything perfect, I loved. Super recommend, familiar place, easy access, near main street no more than 10 minutes by car. A perfect place! We stayed for five days. The property has a very beautiful outdoor area, and although a second house uses the same entrance, we do not feel our privacy invaded. I took my dog and he was free and safe in the space. The house is beautiful, has a very tasteful decoration and is super cozy, we feel at ease right away. We were in two couples, and the two bedrooms we stayed were suites, were clean and in comfortable, smelling bedding (although understandable, a small nuisance was one of the double beds being two single beds). The kitchen is super equipped, we don't miss anything! Fátima was a great host, provided us with all the information necessary for hosting and even offered many activity tips. On the day of checkout, there was no other reservation and so she was super flexible with the departure time. Anyway, we left with the desire to stay. I highly recommend and hope to return one day!

Very clean and organized place with a great view! Very cozy and cozy house! It is 5 km from the center of Monte Verde which can be a positive point for those looking for a nook or negative for the distance to eat and shop with the need of the car always!

The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. The surroundings are very beautiful and the place looks like a fairytale setting, with lots of greenery, fine drizzle and the sound of birds. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking when you don't want to go out to eat in the restaurants in the center, which is also delicious. Clarice received us with great kindness and attention, the stay was amazing!

We loved everything, from the check-in where Maria Cândida and Ivo were there to welcome us and introduced us to the whole house, which surprised us, they are lovely people. They left a welcome card, some treats too. The house is a spectacle, cleanliness, organization, details and a surreal nature with the waterfall at the back of the house, we spent New Year's Eve with our family and it was wonderful, for sure if we have another opportunity we will return.

The house was very well organized, clean and equipped. We were also super well received by Du, who helped us with everything we needed and prepared delicious meals! Due to the rains, we had a small problem with energy and the Internet, but the host was always available and was proactive with the problems. We had a great time in the leisure areas and we intend to return!

Maria was super attentive and sent important details about the path, which made all the difference, as the dirt road takes about 30 minutes. The cottage was also very helpful and welcoming – in addition to all the friendliness, it still produces white cheese and takes milk on time, which makes the experience even more special. An important tip: take everything you need during your stay, such as toilet paper, salt, sugar, oil, detergent and insecticide. The nearest town is 30 minutes away, so it's not that simple to go out to buy something last minute. In addition, it was a wonderful experience and I want to go back!

It was a spectacular experience Chácara is a delight, with a jaw-dropping view. The place has everything you need to have, a full kitchen, refrigerators that fulfill the paper, a very neat interior space, good beds. The outdoor space is perfect, with the BBQ, the swimming pool, the volleyball net and the stunning view. Lucimara always very kind and with very useful information. The housekeeper Vanderley is also sympathetic and super helpful. Although there is no contact with the city, the place is super close and with access to the delivery of food, water and the like. I highly recommend!

My family and I love the site, it is very large and very green. The house is cozy, the beds were all covered and without the smell of mold, the bathrooms had toilet paper, hand soap and a dryer that I thought was wonderful. The kitchen is very complete! The pool area is a little far from the house but nothing too much, it would be interesting to have a stove there in the pool barbecue area so you don't have to go to the house to make the food, but that wasn't a major obstacle. In addition, the pool and barbecue area is well complete with sun chairs, a good fridge and a clean toilet. We had only one question but that was talked to Andrea and she was very solicitous and kind!

The stay exceeded our expectations. The house has all kitchen/laundry accessories, bathrooms and living/TV and dining rooms. A large, round dining table that we sat on 12 people at once. We use the pizza oven and barbecue that are of excellent size and with all the necessary accessories such as grills, knives, spikes, pizza shovel, among others. The wi-fi is excellent, inside and outside the house. The TV room has everything - all streaming platforms, sound, cd, etc.. It has a dryer, lanterns, extension, brooms, spices, tapeware, garbage bags, trash bins, air frier , sandwiches, hot water in the kitchen sink....a heap of things !! Very nice rooms and a very good sleeping silence!! We also enjoy the sauna and pool - all a delight !!
