Vacation rentals with a kayak in Joanópolis

I recommend with my eyes closed. The house is very good with spacious environments, excellent gourmet area and a second kitchen that has several appliances and many crockery. The contact with Patrícia was exceptional - she always very considerate and kind. We gave several tips for restaurants, city tours, cheese producers and homemade pasta. All is done with great affection. Helper Shirley is an amazing woman. Very proactive, agile, helpful and very solicitous - she made all the difference in our stay - we were delighted with her and did not go unnoticed by Adriano who helped us a lot. We will return for sure.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are good, with very good beds, and the bathrooms are also great. The pool is excellent, now even better with the deck that closed the open area, making the space safer and even more beautiful to enjoy. The view of the dam is amazing and the place is super quiet, great to relax and enjoy nature. The host Elaine is a separate differential: super attentive, helpful and always concerned with making us comfortable, from the first contact until the end of the stay. I suggest asking the host about the items available in the house before your trip. Although the house offers most things, some specific kitchen utensils, bath and bed linens may be necessary to enjoy the stay with even more peace of mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house and certainly recommend the experience!

We LOVED this place. The house is super comfortable, spacious with lots of areas to hang out and had everything we needed. The view of the mountains is beautiful as is the property itself. The pool was very refreshing on the warmer days and we enjoyed it a lot. Andressa was an amazing host, always attentive to what we needed, and gave us a lot of useful information. The house is located just 3 kms from town which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this property. It is perfect for just 2, a whole family, or group of friends. We will be back to this property. And did I say Andressa is the best? She is!!

Chácara very well located, overlooking the dam. The townhouse brings warmth and spending a few days was amazing! The house has all the utensils to be able to spend a quiet holiday. Caíque and family were very attentive and the recommendation is certain!

Amazing experience! I was absolutely delighted with my stay. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the time of booking until the end of my stay. Communication was impeccable, always quick and efficient, answering all my questions in a clear and friendly way. Place itself is wonderful! Super well located, clean and with all the necessary items to make me feel at home. Every detail was thought out with great affection, which made all the difference to make the experience even more enjoyable. I also loved the local tips the host gave me. Nina's house is really as stated in the ad, wide, practical, comfortable and easy to access. Flexible check-in and check-out. Nina responds quickly with great attention and care. We had setbacks that were resolved quickly. We spent an excellent family Carnival holiday. The view is really breathtaking. We will return at the next opportunity. We recommend it to everyone !

The farm is beautiful, comfy and cozy. Márcia cozinheira was the high point of the lodging. Super requests and made our stay wonderful

We had a simply wonderful Easter holiday. Dona Lygia is super receptive... her accommodation perfectly meets what she proposes... contact with nature... Everything connected... water and forest! Silence and convenience... Dinho is always ready to serve and take care of people... Tati, a joy in person... The farm mascot, Nina, became our partner... Wonderful place... we returned home renewed and will certainly return.

The site is wonderful, surrounded by incredible landscapes, access to the very good dam, strolling through native forest, calm place, with plenty of harmony, great to rest and contemplate nature! Hosts are very attentive and friendly, I recommend! I will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Marco Antonio's place :) The house is very cozy and super well equipped: it has emergency lights to face the power fluctuations caused by the rain, in addition to all kinds of utensils and appliances that make it a lot easier. The garden was also very well maintained and the pool was delicious!

The house is in an easily accessible location, close to the town of Monteiro Lobato. It has full cooking utensils, great for a family stay. A great place for a quiet weekend, especially for families with children.

We spent amazing days in this blessed place, my family and I loved it, k Kaiak and top, swimming pool, it was all good, Erica is wonderful, the day we arrived at the site, the power went out, and I went to a place to get the signal and communicate with Erica, who promptly opened a call at enel and quickly solved the problem! It was all good, place 1h and 30min from SP, and easy access. Gratitude!

The Copaíba site is a haven for those who like nature and tranquility. The property is excellent, surrounded by fruit trees. The leisure activities at the reservoir are very good, such as kayaking and canoeing, swimming, fishing or just contemplating the view and the birds. The Paineira house is great, cozy. It has all the infrastructure described in the listing, it is very comfortable with en-suites in both bedrooms, the balcony is wonderful, facing a beautiful Paineira, the sunset view is amazing, yields beautiful photos. The kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils. Impeccable cleanliness! Hosts are very responsive and pleasant. We recommend the experience of staying at this place, which was wonderful.

If you're thinking of visiting Midori's house, I'll tell you you won't regret it! The pictures do not transmit even 50% of what is the beauty of this place. Extremely clean local, clothes with smells, you can see the size of the care in each corner of the house. From the kitchen, bedroom, living room and garden. All well cared for and beautiful! About the condominium is an experience, waking up early and seeing a couple of toucans strolling in front of you while drinking my coffee from the hammock on the balcony, it's breathtaking. Many bird corners, sounds of nature and the quiet condominium! The very clean dam, we can fish and enjoy good family moments. For Midori, I do not dispense compliments! The most polite and solist hostess I've had experience here. Very proactive, polite and always concerned about our well-being. It was definitely a 20-story experience! I truly hope that my family and I will have the opportunity to return to this place so wonderful and full of peace!
